5 stars for Ioannis place 😊 The apartment is nicely renovated, has everything you need (from oven to washing machine) and was super clean! Plus pointe for the comfortable bed! We also liked the neighborhood, very peaceful but with things to do! We will definitely be coming back to this place on our next trip to Cyprus. Irene's place was spacious and had a very homely feeling. The rooms were very spacious and so was the living room. Check in was quite straightforward and Irene was extremely responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook all three meals & coffee. Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. Having parking in the back was great since it's not possible to get around without a car. The neighbourhood was packed with restaurants and bars.

I had a very nice stay. The apartment is nice, well furnished and convenient. Thanks a lot.

Perfect for a city stay with easy access to the whole city. Busses are regular and lots of coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep

Great appartement in Nicosia. Location is perfect, nice and quiet neighborhood close to the city centre. Very spacious appartement with a nice outdoor space.

The apartment was excellent and super comfortable. We also managed to check in earlier which was great. There is however construction very close to the apartment that starts at 6am. Very noisy so one must close all windows so it’s less disturbing. Otherwise it’s an excellent apartment with super hosts.

Cute and comfortable apartment and I liked that it was right next to some nice walking paths. The traffic noise is quite loud so you may need earplugs to sleep.

Super Preis-Leistung! Ich mochte die Einrichtung sehr gerne und habe mich rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, für den ist die Unterkunft nichts, mich haben die leichten Geräusche der Straße aber nicht gestört. Danke Rena, du hast einen tollen Ort kreiert 😌

Super nette Kommunikation, tolle geräumige Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohngegend, sogar für Grundnahrungsmittel wurde aufmerksamerweise gesorft. War ideal für mich.

Very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to 2 markets and a nice cafe. A great place to stay!

Das Appartment von Athina ist wunderschön in einem renovierten, alten Stadthaus. Die Terasse liegt über den Dächern und ist perfekt für ein Frühstückt oder auch einen Drink. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Zu Fuß ist man sofort überall in der Altstadt und auch der Busbahnhof ist nicht weit. Athina regiert auf Fragen sofort, die Kommunikation ist schnell und hilfreich. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Είμασταν οικογένεια 6 ατόμων που μείναμε σε αυτό το σπίτι ,μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι , Ήσυχη περιοχή ,οικοδέσποινα πολλή φιλική και γενικά όπως όλλοι οι Κύπριοι είναι φιλότιμοι !!

We had a very pleasant stay at Anastasio's 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for us and it was located in a very good area in Strovolos. Close to many places that we were planning to go to. Close to shops and to the freeway which was important for us as we were using the freeway quite a lot. Anastasio's was very friendly and attended to all our requests promptly. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a similar place.

The host was very polite, the apartment as described and the neighborhood very peaceful.
