Ihre Umgebung: Nur wenige Kilometer von der niederländischen Grenze entfernt liegt Nettetal mit dem Stadtteil Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 2 getrennten Doppelzimmern. Welcome to Casa Malima! Our accommodation is located in a green environment with canals and the lakes Schoorven, Sarsven and De Banen within walking distance. The area has various walking and cycling routes. The accommodation fits 4 people (one bedroom with a double bed + one bedroom with two single beds) and it has a view towards the rear part of the garden of the owners. Prices are including towels and bed sheets (free-of-charge), tourist tax and WIFI. Note that we do not serve breakfast.

Unique house next to a small old church. We rebuild the old shed next to our house to be a vacation home. It has everything you need to stay for a couple of days or weeks. You can sit in the shadow of an 100 year old oak tree. For the adventurous type we have something very special, when you stay at our house you get the key for an old World War II bunker that's on the property. That is a great play house for children.
