Located just two blocks from downtown Ferndale, the cottage is a 1 bedroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, living area and 2 private patios. Wifi upload and download speeds are excellent. Ferndale is noted for its well preserved victorian architecture which houses a variety of boutique shops, specialty stores, cafes and restaurants. Hiking trails are abundant and nearby.

The Cottage is a charming, separate studio with a private entrance, gated patio, full kitchen and bathroom.
