Our thatched, 200-year-old farmhouse is idyllically located between the North Sea dike, about 500 m away, and the small town of Seefeld directly in front of the Butjadingen peninsula. We are proud of a particularly family atmosphere that we enjoy here year after year with our guests. In the village, an old Dutch mill gallery with a monthly country women's market awaits you. Butjadingen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven offer a varied range of leisure activities for everyone.

Paradise with children & animals. Contactless handover

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The apartment of about 155 square meters is located on the first floor of a 2-family house. The apartment offers a spacious living and dining area, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds each. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, the third bedroom is in the basement. 1 bathroom with tub and shower and a 2nd separate toilet. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace. In the living and dining area there are two cozy new sofas, each with a sleeping function.

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Our cozy holiday home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away, while Wulsdorf Train Station is 5 minutes away on foot. In Bremerhaven city centre or dike you can drive within 10 minutes. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

The cottages "Norderney" and "Wangerooge" are ideal for couples, adventure seekers and anglers, business travelers, and families (with kids). In addition to the beautiful East Frisia with Leer, Emden and Aurich, the surroundings offer many opportunities for relaxation. Dikes, sea air and the lovely line of land do not let you out of the rest. If you ever need "action", take the motorboat through the many canals or take me on a scenic flight to the islands.
