The apartment is as in the photos, very modernly furnished. Very clean and spacious. The contact by email and also the personal contact on site with Renate and her husband was very pleasant and also helpful. I am completely thrilled, thank you again, Renate.

Very nice place on the hill. Despite the thick fog, the views were beautiful. Lots of walking paths in the forest nearby. The apartment is very large and comfortable. It was nice that there was a beer option from a crate in the stairwell. The store is 7min by car.

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

I spent a night in the apartment on my way through and would have liked to have stayed longer. A very nice, sweet apartment! Very clean, nicely decorated. Modern. The house itself was also very cute and in a beautiful environment. Check-in was easy and Juliane was very nice and always available. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation that was clean and modern.

We absolutely loved our short stay. There are a number of cafes and restaurants minutes walk away, lots of street parking and only 10 mins drive from the city centre. We'd return anytime!

I felt really comfortable in the apartment. I liked the quiet green surroundings and the nearby park very much. The hosts were very friendly and also supportive. I would check in here again at any time and say a heartfelt thank you!

We stayed with Irina and Jonathan for 4 nights as a small family. We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. The large bed was comfortable and also gave us enough space for the three of us with our son. The bedroom closet is spacious. The kitchen was really well equipped and even with a missing number burst, we could be helped out right away. since we were on the road during the day and it is still a little fresh in the morning and evening at the moment, we unfortunately could not enjoy the terrace so much, but soon you can certainly have breakfast here in the sunshine. the apartment is very bright because of the large windows despite the basement and can still be made private due to the blackout option. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Wonderful stay in a lovingly furnished apartment We were able to spend a wonderful time in Kassel from June 13 to 15 - and not least thanks to the great apartment of Uta. The apartment is not only tastefully and modernly furnished, but also extremely well thought out – you can immediately tell that everything has been thought of with great attention to detail. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and enjoyed the days in the city to the fullest. A special thank you to Uta for the warm and friendly welcome and the all-around pleasant stay. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice hosts, the apartment was perfect for me, not too big and not too small, clean and tidy, good location and everything was quick to reach, was completely satisfied, very happy to come back and regards

The apartment is an especially convenient good deal if you need two beds, as we do. There is a sofa bed in the living room which becomes a rather large comfortable bed. There are no drapes to cover the living room windows where the sofa bed is, but part of the charm of the apartment is that it's in a secluded back area where there isn't anyone to look in the window anyway. I let Marius know ahead of time that we would be using the sofa bed, and when we arrived, it was made up as a bed for us. It's in a very quiet location, and includes everything you need. It's a block away from a street lined with shops and cafés and restaurants, and a tram, and there is a Penny grocery store nearby. We really liked the apartment and location, and for us, needing two beds, it was a great deal. We are greeted by a bowl with two different kinds of crunchy chocolate snacks which were delicious. In a kitchen cabinet, there's a collection of packaged foods, a few teabags, honey, oil, etc.

Had a good time. Very easy to reach, clean and as described. Actually, an unreserved recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay with Susann and Bert, very friendly and welcoming people. There were nice and sweet touches, such as cold drinks in the fridge and some fruit and sweets as a welcome, we felt very welcome partly because of that. The host pointed out that the high skylights are not equipped with a curtain or hatch, so it remained quite light, but there are eye masks available for the necessary bed rest. Even without eye masks we slept well, it was warm outside, around 30 degrees, but the mobile air conditioning was good, and the wonderful bed was very nice. It is a compact holiday home in an attic, where everything you need is there. Supermarket is very close, and the tram line to the city and to Wilhelms Hohe stops about 200 meters walk. Susann and Bert live in the house on the ground floor, and are therefore very accessible.

The apartment has style, is bright and tastefully furnished, we felt comfortable immediately. Everything was as described and completely sufficient for a weekend stay. The communication was very straightforward and friendly. Small minus: the bed on the gallery is very soft, for me personally it was not so pleasant.

Regina is a wonderful hostess! Communication is very quick and friendly. The house is great, an old house with a soul. A home that is cared for and loved. There are beautiful opportunities for walking in the area. Kassel is also easy to reach by tram, which can be reached from the house in just 5 minutes on foot.

It was a wonderful stay. Andre was immediately on the spot and helpful with questions. The accommodation was clean and stylish and lovingly furnished. We were able to relax in a great and quiet location, in a wonderful whirlpool. Always happy to do it. Thanks again

Terrific location in the heart of the old town. Quiet because the apartment faces across the valley away from the street. Spacious and well furnished. We stayed for a month - very comfortable!
