Studio on the first floor located in a farm building overlooking a courtyard access via a spiral staircase located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, Ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.

Welcome to the countryside, in our spacious home, typical of the area, recently renovated. The house will ensure you peace and rest. It has an enclosed garden with lawn and independent access. Our house comfortably sleeps one to six people for the week, weekends for families or groups of friends or for a travel stopover. It has 2 extra beds to request if needed.
