We were kindly welcomed by the owners. The accommodation is quietly located, the garden is large for playing and relaxing, the pool is refreshing in summer. The house is very functional, nicely decorated. The owners are extremely nice, communication with them was very pleasant. The little extra: their dog Runny! It's a property to have in your logbooks!

The house is very nice, spacious and bright, and well-equipped, as described, in a natural and quiet environment. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed linen too. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and the barbecue, it was perfect! We will definitely come back the next time we visit this beautiful region of the Poitevin marsh.

Great stay at the accommodation. Charming house in accordance with the description and very well equipped (even for the youngest, baby bed, games etc...). Very easy exchanges with Julie who is responsive and the big highlight: the boat and bikes available for beautiful walks in the region!

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again. The space is perfectly designed and is extremely private. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day of sight seeing.

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description of the listing, clean, well-equipped, very cozy and ideally located in relation to the center of Niort and shops nearby. This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed!
