Family-friendly holiday rentals in Échiré

While traveling for a conference in Niort, we stayed 5 days in Fabien's Airbnb. A small haven of peace where we were able to enjoy the pool and the terrace in the evening. The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, 20 minutes from Niort. Fabien is very welcoming and responsive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend it

Our stay at Bois Mort was prefect and Richard was the perfect host. He had thought of everything to make a tranquil and beautiful space. The house is in a very quiet rural hamlet which has nice walks and countryside right on the door step. You are only a short drive from many interesting market towns too and Richard was more than happy to give local recommendations. The facilities at Bois Mort including the new pool and pool house, the log fired hot tub and the garden spaces are exceptional. Although some of these spaces are shared it still felt very private and there was plenty of space for all the guests. We would love to visit again in the future.

A great little corner of paradise in the quiet countryside! We were able to rest and enjoy the Puy du Fou, which is beautiful and 30 minutes from the rental We'll be happy to go back!

We spent 3 days in Annie's accommodation, very nice and being a golfer, very well located for the Rochefort Ocean golf course. Annie is very welcoming and warm. I really recommend her little house.

Week for sports competition

Thank you to Elisabeth very welcoming for this stay in her beautiful and large residence with her beautiful garden. She has bcp of merit in maintaining this beautiful house alone. There were 9 of us and we were able to live together while we were at ease and the youngest enjoyed the pool after their day at Futuroscope and the family outing at the Marais Poitevin. thank you also to her for accepting the doggies, which is a plus from a host and thus allowed our doggies to do their christening in a boat. Calm, relaxation guaranteed in this pretty little village.

Very pleasant family stay There is everything you need to entertain young and old (they are spoiled with many toys: kitchen, wheelbarrow, lawnmower, truck, etc.) Everything is planned to enjoy the outdoors even with showers The well-heated and well-maintained pool was a plus We appreciated the fans provided in the hot weather Everyone already wants to come back

Excellent stay at Lionel's with a few touches on arrival (Vendee brioche and bottle of white). Lionel was responsive to our requests and respectful of our tranquility. The house has everything you need, the pool is perfect as well as the grounds. We were two people with a dog and he also loved the garden and especially his friends the sheep nearby🙂. The village is a few minutes walk away and you would find what you need: an excellent butcher shop (where you can also buy your bread), a shop with fruits and vegetables and a wine shop a few minutes away by bike. We really recommend this cottage, we will gladly go back on our next visit to the area.

We had a fantastic stay with Marc Andre and Chantal! Wonderful accommodation on a spacious property with a private pool, tennis court, and table tennis table. We had great contact with Marc Andre and Chantal, both before and during our stay. They let us borrow their bikes and gave us various tips for sights and restaurants. Absolutely recommended, and if it's on our route again, we would love to return!

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rose's place in Villefagnan, for many reasons. Yvette greeted us, showed us how to use everything, and answered all my questions and requests for help. Rose's home is very comfortable. Top quality beds, pillows and linens, empty dressers so we didn't have to live out of a suitcase, a fully equipped kitchen, the list goes on. The beautiful backyard, with grass, flowers and cherry trees was our favorite place to spend a sunny afternoon. And the village of Villefagnan is wonderful, too. The town square is 2 houses away, and the patisserie is just across the square, so we had fresh croissants every morning. Two restaurants, a bouchère, a corner market, Tobac, and a pharmacy make up the rest of the village, everything you need. There are bike roads in every direction, so our dogs enjoyed long walks every day. The locals are friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to go back.

Spacious and pleasant accommodation. The hosts are very available and friendly. Ideal location for discovering the Marais Poitevin region.

We had a brilliant two weeks at Philippe’s gite. It is located in a charming village with good amenities- bakery/shop, restaurant/bar, public tennis courts and lovely cycle rides and walks right on the doorstep. The weather was hot and sunny and we enjoyed the refreshing pool and outdoor dining areas. Everything has been carefully arranged for the comfort of guests and philippe was welcoming and discreet. Would highly recommend this for a family or group of families to visit. A bit of a drive to sightseeing places but we found lots of nice parks and the little lake nearby was lovely!

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. Super well appointed environment ( games for children outside and large indoor games room). We were able to enjoy a canoe ride made available by hosts. The accommodation is very well-equipped.

We just had a great week with our 2 little girls. This cottage is a children's paradise with all the games and toys offered outside and inside. Extremely peaceful. Everything is there for a good holiday. Beautiful pool well secured and not too deep for the kids. Thank you Liz, your husband and your lovely little girl. Warm welcome and very attentive.
