Cozy Bungalow-loft located on the coast with ocean view. It is located a few meters from the area of coves and beaches. It has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a seating area with a double bed and a dining-living area with a sofa and TV. It has a terrace with outdoor shower. This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

The house is located on a plot of 600m2, inside the plot is the swimming pool and barbecue, all for the exclusive use of the guests of the house. Summer, it is ideal for 4 people, being able to stay overnight for 6 people and enjoy the barbecue and the pool. Winter, it is advisable for comfort a maximum of 4 or 5 people, since the wooden house is small enough to live more of these people inside days of rain or cold
