It has 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There's a huge patio with a covered patio and gas grill for late nights. There's also a petanque court and a trampoline for kids.

The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
