Spacious and clean home for our family of 6 adults! The outdoor area, pool deck, and dining room were perfect for the many visitors we received and entertained over our weeklong stay. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the kitchen fully stocked with ample pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishware and cutlery. The strong A/C and swimming pool were refreshing amenities to come home to each day. While the water pressure isn’t as strong as our U.S. standards, having 3 full bathrooms was great. The live in family of caretakers use the bedroom next to the kitchen and stayed out of our way for the most part, but be aware they do walk around the outside premises throughout the day. They conveniently provided tricycle service when we needed it and replenished the drinking water often. The only negative (which is out of the owner’s control) is the music from the karaoke bars nearby which you can hear until after 1am every night! Otherwise a truly enjoyable stay and we will stay again!

Charmaine and Jet were very nice and responsive. They were very accommodating with our requests. The caretakers likewise were very helpful and friendly, always nearby and ready to respond to our concerns. The place was beautiful and really nice to relax. Everything was completely provided for. The only thing is that the place is not senior-friendly since there are steps going to the house and going down to the beach. The beach though was nice with your own private area. On the whole, it’s a great place to enjoy your summer vacation.

Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

Aldwin은 비행기에 관련한 체크인, 체크 아웃 시간에 너무 관대하여 여행 내내 즐거웠습니다 ^^ 콘도 주위에 스타벅스, 음식점이 많아서 차를 타고 나갈 일이 많이 없으며 주변이 조용하여 스트레스를 받을 일이 없었습니다. 10월에 j park 주변에서 2달 지냈었는데, 그때와 비교하면 너무 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 다음에 세부를 오면 또 여기로 예약할 예정입니다 ^^ 정말 추천합니다. ^^

숙소는 더할나위없이 깨끗합니다. 식기류도 깨끗했습니다. 향도 좋고요. 에어컨도 깨끗하고 생활하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 위치도 나쁘지않습니다. 특히 호스트는 응대가 빠르고 친절합니다. 이렇게 친절한호스트는 처음입니다. 체크인할때도 직원이 와서 도와주셨습니다. 제가 도움이 좀 필요했는데 적극적으로 도와주셨습니다. 다음여행에도 이 숙소를 예약하고싶습니다. 3월 4일 이후에는 수영장도 이용가능하다고하니 수영장 공사는 체크하세요~^^ what a perfect place ever! no complains. very clean and beautiful! the host is super kind and very helpful. everything was perfect. oh there is swimming pool construction until 4th March. this is onething I didn't like.

I love how cozy and spacious the place is. The view outside the unit relaxes your mind and i love how big the pool is as well. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay. The host is very proactive as well when it comes to providing information about the unit.
