Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Hope we can visit again soon.

Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean when we arrived, cozy, and nicely furnished, definitely made us feel at home. Aesthetic interior layout and design! The kitchen was a huge plus, with complete utensils, a rice cooker, and a microwave, great for cooking. Note that Foodpanda isn't available; GrabFood has limited options (Jollibee, one local spot). A grocery run is recommended for longer stays. Upon arrival, we got the wrong key box code, but the host responded immediately with the correct one. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, even allowing family to stay at no extra charge. Minor issues: the bathroom had a strange odor (could use air freshener), and the sliding door was stiff with some small bugs. There is also no hot shower. Overall, despite these minor issues, it's a great place with a very responsive and kind host! We'd definitely consider coming back!

It’s also a great starting point for exploring the beautiful sights around Carmen, like waterfalls, beaches, and adventure parks. Spacious and clean home for our family of 6 adults! The outdoor area, pool deck, and dining room were perfect for the many visitors we received and entertained over our weeklong stay. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the kitchen fully stocked with ample pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishware and cutlery. The strong A/C and swimming pool were refreshing amenities to come home to each day. While the water pressure isn’t as strong as our U.S. standards, having 3 full bathrooms was great. The live in family of caretakers use the bedroom next to the kitchen and stayed out of our way for the most part, but be aware they do walk around the outside premises throughout the day. They conveniently provided tricycle service when we needed it and replenished the drinking water often. The only negative (which is out of the owner’s control) is the music from the karaoke bars nearby which you can hear until after 1am every night! Otherwise a truly enjoyable stay and we will stay again!

Casa Cora is such a gem! Ma'am Armida is so kind, helpful and accommodating, from my initial inquiry up to when we checked out. Such a great host! The place was perfect for our church youth camp. 😍

The farm stay was beyond beautiful. Our family had the best weekend! Jam was the kindest host and the staff was exceptionally NICE and helpful. The scenery was outrageously gorgeous and Jet the horse was adorable!!! I cant wait to go back! Thank you Jam!

Host is really responsive and gives cleared instruction, also it's a plus it's near to the airport which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay here with the family. There is food available for purchase via the café, or you can bring your own. Plenty rooms and space for everyone. Nice pool and area outside to grill.

My family and I had a fantastic experience with Sand Castle Villa . The booking process was smooth, the host was communicative and friendly, and the property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

House only for you! Everything works well, easy to find it after arrival. Private entrance, well equipped kitchen, so you can easily cook. The owner provides drinking water (highly appreciate)! You can easily cook your own meals, no worries about food availability on the island. Ask local, where to buy fresh fish, squid, chicken on the farm. Vegetable was always available, no problem with cooking at all. Even there is no carenderia on the island. There is second accommodation on the island (RL), but they cook only simple *log food(cornsilog,longsilog etc). So if you want eat healthier eat, cook easily by yourself. RL is good for short stay only. Internet works well, on acceptable level. Globe has very limited coverage, you need go uphill. Carnaza is super charming island, stay at least one week and visit all beaches around the island! So worthy, beautiful beaches here! No tourists! Locals are friendly, it’s real authentic Philippino experience! Whole island is easily walkable ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only small issues were the occasional power outages and the lack of blinds on the big windows, which made it a bit hard to sleep in or nap during the day.

I would highly recommend Josie's place to travelers looking for value in great accommodations. The premises are spacious and located in an idealic setting. The Management Team is responsive and very friendly. I plan a return stay soon.

The place is quiet, relaxing and peaceful. You are away from the hustle and buzzle of city life and it feels like your home. The balcony is a very good place to view the surroundings and have chat chat with your group and you can cook food. Water supply so abundant. Amenities are sufficient for the guests. My recommendation is to add a bbq pit where guests can have bbq and grill seafood.

We didn’t expect to find such a gem in Southern Leyte, and we’re so glad we did. The house was spotless, cozy, and clearly cared for with love—it truly felt like home. Even though the host was abroad, Ariel was quick to respond, and the caretakers were warm, helpful, and respectful of our space. Everything was in great condition, and we appreciated the peace of mind that came with that. Best of all, the internet was fast and stable—rare for the area—and allowed both my wife and me to work remotely without any issues. Though our barangay is a few kilometers away, this place was absolutely worth it. The peaceful, safe environment made it easy to relax and recharge. We’re definitely staying here again next time.
