A clean 21sqm studio apartment located on the edge of the park in a quiet detached house area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot as a detached house and at its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. You'll have bed beds READY for you, and you'll find tea and coffee to make, among other things, in the kitchen. Located on the 1st floor of a house without an elevator, but not on the ground. Final cleaning is included! Distances: Railway station 2.1 km. University 3.3 km. Market 2.3 km. Riveria Peltola 1.1 km. A free spot for a low car in a canopy. Guest spaces in the yard for 4 hours from 9am to 8pm.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. For those interested, the arboretum is happy to be presented during the visit. The house crowd includes two lapin reindeer dogs, a cat, a rooster, and 9 hens. Breakfast on-demand

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Aseman Torni / Station Tower (Free parking)

Tyylikäs, keskeisellä huippusijainnilla oleva tornitalon ylimmän kerroksen yksiö. Junalla (tunneli alaovelle), linja-autolla tai autolla pääset aivan talon vierelle, omalle henkilöautolle läheisestä parkkihallista tarvittaessa ilmainen paikoitus, jossa myös sähköautolle lataus (latauksesta erillinen maksu). Vieressä Matkakeskuksessa iso kauppa, ravintolat, parturit, kioski. Sovittavissa erikseen erillisissä tiloissa olevan yksityisen saunatilan ja ulkoaltaan (hotspot) käyttö lisämaksusta.

Cozy house (85m2) in a peaceful courtyard. 2 rooms+ sleeping loft and alcove. The house is located in the same yard with the owners' detached house. Outdoor jacuzzi available for extra fee. Pets allowed, let us know about them beforehand. Free WIFI and parking. 2 air source heat pumps, fireplace, underfloor heating. We have beautiful large yard with 2 patios with 2 table sets and sun beds available. Our rowing boat and life jackets, 2 sup paddle boards are at your disposal.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Säynekoski

Cute, small cottage on the shore of clear-water Kalkkistenkoski. Your own peace is guaranteed and nature with its landscapes is second to none. Sauna, swim, take a hot tub, or take a canoe trip. Or just hang out on the hammock. You can swim from the pier or directly from the beach. The beach is quite sudden, so it's not suitable for young children. A lot heats up next to the sauna terrace. Bed linens and towels are ready at the cottage. Warmly welcome!
