Holiday rentals with a fireplace in East Village, Manhattan

The host was pleasant. He was available in case you had any concerns. However there was no concerns. We had a great stay. His home is very welcoming after a long journey. I don’t frequently travel to NYC. But if and when I do this is where o will stay. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood and the place is clean, and very comfortable. My daughter has a 5 month old and the house even had a baby crib. Mr. Imtiaz, house supply your every need. A great stay for the price. We really appreciate him for being so caring to provide for his guests nothing bad or disappointing can be said about this AIRBNB. Gabriel’s place is wonderful! My family and I had a great stay. He is extremely responsive (the fastest to respond of any Airbnb host I’ve ever had), was graciously flexible for an early check in, and the place was spotless and newly renovated. The location is perfect for access to the very useful 2 train. Easy ride up to Crown Heights for lots of good restaurants, Prospect Park, etc, and easy to get into Manhattan.

Mary Jeans home was beautiful. Convenient location for what we needed for the weekend. Mary Jean was an extremely responsive and helpful host. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us. I would highly recommend this Airbnb airbnb to anyone needing a place to stay in Jersey City. Thank you for helping to make this wedding weekend extra special.

Of the 15 or so Airbnbs I've stayed at, one of the very best. Truly delightful 1BR, 2nd floor apt, beautifully appointed, so well thought out. Great bathroom and very cool kitchen with Keurig coffeemaker (I went to nearby ShopRite and bought my own favorite coffee pod flavors). I loved that their cleaning person does all the dishes, you don't have to. Very spacious bedroom with extra comfy bed, an end-of-bed bench, couch, office workspace, in-window A/C unit and space heater. One of my favorite parts is that there wasn't just a TV in the living room, but in the bedroom, wall-mounted with swing arm. Since I usually watch TV in bed at home I felt RIGHT at home — and, actually, didn't use the living room at all (although for winter it has great wall-mounted, simulated fireplace). And, to top it off, Eulis was just THE BEST host! Very communicative. This will be my "go-to" for all my future annual NY trips! (Note: let her know in advance if you don't want scented plug-ins.)

Probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Althea’s place was super cute, had everything we could have needed, was in a safe neighborhood and easy parking- would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

A perfect place for our 10 girlfriends, a HUGE beautiful kitchen and rooftop where we could all snack and relax. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Rainfall shower was exactly what we needed after a long day in the city. Hosts were extremely friendly and so easy to get in touch with prior especially as a planner. Parking is Jersey City parking BUT we got a spot easily. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay again!

Mary’s Place is a hidden gem in the NYC & New Jersey area. The neighborhood is a quiet and very safe, family friendly location. The views of Manhattan that you can find, just a few blocks away, are AMAZING! There are also lots of ethnic places to eat within a few blocks (Italian, Columbian, Argentinian, etc.) Bus transportation to Midtown Manhattan is literally 2 blocks away and the ride is about 15 minutes. Mary’s Place is was extremely clean, private, and with all the amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable too. When we go back to the NYC area, we will definitely rebook Mary’s Place!

Christina’s place was accurately described, she was very quick to respond, and the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend to others!

Emily’s place made our trip to NYC incredible. The location was easily accessible to the main station that takes you into the city and was surrounded by plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. The place was spotless and had a true home-away-from-home atmosphere for myself and two friends. Will absolutely look to book this place again next time we take a trip into the city.

Isaac’s apartment was absolutely wonderful, offering a stunning view of New York City from the rooftop. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. We truly appreciated the classic New York-style architecture and admired the high ceilings, which added so much character to the place. Isaac was super responsive and extremely prompt. One small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there were wheelchair access for elderly people or a ramp to assist with bringing up heavy luggage. Overall, it was a delightful stay—peaceful, stylish, and full of charm. We would love to come back again and again, and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

Staying at Laura’s cozy studio was absolutely wonderful! The space was so clean and welcoming, we definitely felt at home staying here. Laura was super responsive to all of our questions and an excellent host. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient and peaceful place to stay with accessibility to manhattan and citi field via the subway. Would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC!
