From the moment we stepped through the door that was to be our home away from home for the next few days we were so glad we had chosen this for our holiday! The position the view, the safe parking, the immaculate presentation, the pool, the spa, the sauna, the gym all 10/10 for us we will definitely be back and recommend ‘Observation Rise’ to anyone wanting a place to stay that has it all. Special mention to Rebecca who was so lovely and helpful to communicate with prior to, and also during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with 4 people. Such a great location near King's Park and the city, with an easy to get into car park. Spacious loungeroom with comfy couch, WiFi and great TV. The blow up mattress was supplied with a pump that worked really well for the 4th person. Air conditioning worked well. Good Kitchen facilities for a cooked breakfast etc. Our son was happy using the gym. Kirk was very responsive to our questions. Many Thanks for a great stay! 😊

Home away from home. We were comfortable from the moment we set foot in the apartment. The unit was full of the amenities we needed for our short stay, and our children enjoyed the board games provided in the apartment. Location was superb, due to its proximity to Kings Park. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment. everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The house had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was exactly as described—if not better.

1. The place is conveniently located, about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The bus can go directly to the city center in about 10 minutes. 2.The room has a tourist attraction information books and public transportation route map for tourists to study in advance. 3. The room is clean and tidy, with a projector for watching TV. 4. The separate toilet is good, the washing machine can dry clothes, and there is a small Balcony for drying clothes outside the living room.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. We had a wonderful stay here—our family spent about a week and truly felt right at home. The location is perfect: quiet, private, and very convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Incredible accommodation. Felt right at home. There's all the amenities and equipment you need for a stress-free holiday. Sean has been great with instructions, guidance and also very responsive to questions. Flexible check-in time (where available) was also much appreciated. Overall we had a really great experience with this home. Highly reccomended if you're looking for a home, away from home.

This place is a home away from home! Truly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home with complete amenities. Great facilities with pool, sand pit, monkey bars, bicycle, even a small gym in the garage. A few minutes drive to the mall. House was clean and spotless. A few minutes drive to the mall.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Cameron's place was well equipped and had everything our family of 6 adults, 4 child and 1 infant needed! Aldi was just 1 min walk away, and Woolsworth and other restaurants/cafes were nearby as well. The kids had fun in the heated pool and loved feeding the fishes too.

The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood. It a great place especially if you have kids as there is a park just around the corner. The location is amazing. The 24 hours Spudshed is about 7 minutes away. The amenities in the house is great too. by our laundry and cooked simple meals. The host, Louise was also very responsible and responsive. It was a great stay and I would return again
