Holiday rentals with a patio in East Jakarta City

Place is spotless, have plenty of free food, and host is very responsive. Will definitely book again when we come back for another training.

We are a family of 5 from Manila, Philippines. We actually lived in Indonesia at Paladian Park from 2012-2014 when our 2 daughters were in primary school and our youngest boy was only a few months old. Indonesia is our beloved second home. Now, 11 years later, we would like to revisit Paladian Park and re-live the fond memories of our stay in Indonesia and Paladian. We are so glad to have found a similar unit here at AirBnB through our host, Michael. We are so happy to be back and are sad to leave. When the right time comes, we would definitely come back. Thanks, AirBnB and Sir Michael, you made our stay not only comfortable and fantastic, but you made us relive all the fond memories of our stay at Paladian Park. Villanya cantik & luaassss sekali, bersih, lengkap dan viewnya luar biasa keren!! Dari awal chat Rikka udah sangat responsive, friendly & selalu kasih solusi. Exit Sentul Selatan, ikutin peta yang dikasih Rikka, so easy. Ada belokan kecil persis setelah rumah warna hijau, ikutin aja, jalanannya agak turun, gak jauh sampai deh di Villa Madame Kanawa. Garasi bisa muat 4 mobil, di depan garasi bisa parkir juga karena itu jalanan private punyanya villa. Ada dapur bersih & dapur kotor, ada 2 orang helper yang sigap untuk bantu seperti cuci piring, bantu menyiapkan BBQ, dll Kamar mandi & bed aman, disediakan handuk & selimut. Kalau berbanyak better tetap bawa handuk & selimut sendiri agar gak berebutan ^_^ Terima kasih Rikka !

I recently stayed at her Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The space was impeccably clean, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to clear instructions provided by the host. Moreover, the accommodation looked exactly like it did in the photos, which is always reassuring. Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

We had a great stay at Panagiotis’s place! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, which was perfect for the weather. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Panagiotis was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to others!

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.
