the host was very nice. She has been very helpful since we checked in. It is located next to masjid, which makes it perfect. area is super safe with 24 hr security. unit is superclean and is good for family meetings. thank you.

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Place was nice, although the location besides the road, but at night ambience was very quiet and comfy. Each room quite spacious, well-fit for at least 6-8 people. Definitely will be back for next occasion

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Every room feels warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light and a homey interior design. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to live!

As described for the room and other rooms, clean. Pros: very responsive host, close to mall and security is friendly and helpful. Cons: It takes more effort to find a car parking lot, especially during office hours with typical Jakarta parking rates. It won't be a problem if you don't bring a car.

We really enjoyed the place. While it's located close to the roads, the apartment is really quiet. Very comfortable and located right next to the mall with a lot of restaurants and stores. The pool is also a very convenient place to spend time on a hot day. Overall, we had a great stay.

Dinta is a very responsive host and respond to our requests fast and nicely. The bedroom is spacious with good sunlight. The location is good as it is about 15-30mins to any central places I’d like to go.

Stayed for 3D2N and it was so worth it. Surely will stay here again if I go to Jakarta next time. Thank you Kak Adi and Pidda for being helpful and responsive host.

Me and my Fiancé stayed here from June 1–10, and once again, it did not disappoint! This is already our second time booking this place, and we still have zero regrets. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The owners are very accommodating and thoughtful, they even provided complimentary water and snacks, which we truly appreciated! All the cooking appliances and utensils are complete and in great condition. Towels and bed sheets were clean, fresh, and fragrant. Such a comforting detail after a long day out. Honestly, this has become our go-to place whenever I visit Jakarta. Still the best as ever. Highly recommended! 🌟

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

We had a great stay at Panagiotis’s place! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, which was perfect for the weather. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Panagiotis was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Probably the most responsive host with clear instructions. Checking in and out were easy peasy. The apartment has all the basic necessities, clean, secure and in a close proximity from great restaurants etc. You also get a free parking. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Thank you!
