This is my second time staying at Simon's place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! I spent a week here with my family, and it was super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk to AEON Mall Tanjung Barat. Having a supermarket and restaurants nearby made it so easy to grab groceries and enjoy great food without traveling far. The apartment has everything I need. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, and even a rice cooker, which was perfect for me since I was there for a week and could cook meals for the whole family. Plus, there’s a washing machine, so no worries about laundry! The room itself is spacious, and the furniture is well-designed and very comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, with a gym, swimming pool, and jogging track, so there's plenty to do. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next time!

The unit is cozy and comfortable with easy supermarket access at the ground level to buy water or any daily necessity. The view is out-of-this-world especially at night. You can see Jakarta full of lights, so beautiful. It has washing machine and drying rack which are very convenient for travellers. If you wanna go shopping, this place is very close to Mall Kelapa Gading or Mall of Indonesia. Only 5 minutes drive using taxi or online taxi like GoCar or Grab. Overall, this place is very recommended for travellers who want to visit Jakarta. Thank you Adinda 😊 🙏

A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

We had a great stay overall. The location was convenient, the host was kind and responsive, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The only downside was the cleanliness, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was lovely. Thank you!

Restaurant or eateries close early.. would be great if eateries or coffee bistro open 24 hrs

Octa and Yanti are super responsive hosts. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We even established a nice morning routine to look for breakfast around the apartment complex. So many great options. Its proximity to Duren Kalibata station makes it very easy for commuting to explore the city.

장점 1. 방과 침대가 크고 깔끔해서 쾌적합니다. 2. 호스트의 대응은 완벽합니다. 가까운 곳에 야시장, 마트 등이 있어서 좋았습니다. 저는 강력하게 이 숙소를 추천합니다.

Agus' place is comfortable and clean. WiFi and AC worked great. There is an Indomaret and several spots to get food on the ground floor. There is also a laundromat in the same building. Check-in instructions were clear and Agus was responsive throughout my entire stay.

Bu Diah baik banget orang nya. Respon chat selalu cepat. Balasan chat nya pun selalu jelas. Apartment nya pun sangat rapih, bagus dan lengkap. Bu Diah sudah siapkan semua yang dibutuhkan di dalam apartment ini. Apartment nya sangat terawat. Bakalan stay disini lagi kalau saya di jakarta. Bener-bener nyaman kaya di rumah tempat nya.

The place was clean and tidy, felt cozy. I didn’t have any problem to do the check in and the place really matched the pictures. I will definitely recommend if you have to take a train from Gambir station in the morning.

Apartmentnya berasa rumah banget, nyaman. Fasilitasnya semua komplit di sini, bahkan Pak Bagus menyediakan snack untuk kita. Di sini juga bersih dan cocok banget buat yang keluarga agak banyak. Letaknya juga strategis dekat dengan Stasiun Senen. Walaupun parkir mobil berbayar, tapi dengan fasilitas yang didapat, kebersihan, dan harga yang affordable jadi worth it banget untuk menginap di sini. Pak Joko juga sangat membantu. Saya stay bersama keluarga terutama anak-anak saya sangat senang sekali stay disini, bersih, rapi, dan aksesnya ke mall pool dan taman sangat mudah, berada di lantai 2 sangat nyaman sekali jika akan pergi2 Sangat rekomended sekali untuk stay disini, jika ke jakarta baik bersama keluarga atau sendiri pasti akan disini lagi, terima kasih
