Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Sean's place. The house is so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large kitchen; it never felt crowded, even with a few of us in there at once. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, plates, and other essentials we needed. Our kids absolutely adored the pool area! It was beautiful and private, and they had so much fun with the basketball hoop. They also loved watching the hummingbirds at the backyard water fountain and the rabbits hopping around in the garden. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting us!

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

Most Airbnbs will cheap out on their beds. Allison Rental’s had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve laid in. The primary bedroom’s mattress was firm with plenty of pillows and a soft and warm comforter. I’m grateful Allison allowed us to have a couple extra people stop by. The Airbnb was clean and checking in and checking out was very easy. We loved how clearly everything was labeled, it helped us navigate the house. We had a wonderful stay, Allison was very responsive!

The place is exactly as described and I did not have any issue or questions during 5 nights of stay. I would definitely visit this place again if I return to bay area in the future.

Nice and quiet stay near the University and close to many offices in the South Bay area. Clean and well kept. Be mindful it is a basement and there could be folks above you, but it didn’t bother me. Would recommend!

Xiao was very accommodating and their family was very friendly i appreciated getting a chance to speak with them. Waking up to the view here is crazy it’s beautiful during the day and night, I would definitely stay here again.

It was ideal location as we wanted to do some shopping it was near the mall and some restaurants .it’s near the the airport as we were travelling from abroad. Great location x

Phu and the other hosts were amazing and kind. They accommodated us in every way that was possible. The house was spacious and felt safe, mainly because the neighborhood was filled with friendly people! We had some trouble with our flights (as most people can with flying and traveling), but Phu and the other hosts constantly communicated with us when possible. We requested a rice cooker because we wanted to potentially save on our trip by cooking homemade meals. Although we didn’t use it, they delivered one to the house. I felt so comfortable being in the house. Now, if you were to stay, I have to say that because the house is so well lit with new LED lights and other technology, some of my family had a hard time telling if the lights were turned off completely. Some of the light switches didn't seem to have a purpose. But they had so many pros that outweighed the minor cons. Instructions were clear and easy!

Jorge was such a great host. He was responsive & flexible to our needs. The place is very clean and cozy. Bonus points for the EVA charging & cute little backyard.

I was so blown away by this beautiful property. The house is located in the middle of tall redwood trees and has a very expensive feel. There are several decks in the big driveway and lots of space to go hiking and walking and let your dogs run around the house itself is lovelyand cozy. Very clean nicely decorated. I would go back again and again.

I have stayed in Airbnbs on for at least 300 nights. Most of my hosts have been amazing. Luc is one of the best hosts I have ever had. His house is perfect!

I stayed for one night and had a great experience! The location was perfect, easy to find and close to everything I needed. The place was spotless, very clean and well-maintained. I also really loved the neighborhood, quiet, charming, and a great spot to explore. Would definitely stay again!

I had a great short stay at Eric’s place. Loved the quiet street and neighborhood but was super close to lots of amenities. I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen - if literally had everything I needed! Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week and had a great time! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, house was clean and spacious, and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores very near the area. Overall had a great stay :)

Great place. As a native who moved out of state, this was the perfect location. Thank you for the coffee AND the creamer! Snacks were great too! Will definitely stay here on my next visit to SJ.
