Apartment holiday rentals in East Brisbane

We stayed at Ben’s place for a week. We were greeted with a welcome basket with tasty treats from James Street Bakery, pretzel chips, and Pellegrino water. The unit is clean and cozy, with a lovely outdoor space for eating and lounging. The laundry area is tucked away in the outdoor space, and the glass sliding door does a great job of blocking sounds while doing laundry. There are also Aesop products in the bathroom. The WiFi speed was great, no issues working remotely. The kitchen has a Zip tab, instant filtered Hot/Cold water, a Nespresso machine with a milk steamer, and glass snap containers for food storage. The unit is in a quiet part of town. Supermarket is a short walk away, and cute bars and restaurants are 3-5 minutes away. 2 bus lines and ferry access made getting around on public transport easy. Ben’s communication and response time were excellent. He made accommodations for us to arrive early and check out late due to our last-minute canceled flight.

Very cute place! Loved that it was so close to the store and park, not too far from downtown either!

Andy’s place was a perfect base for a couple of days in Brisbane. I was at a conference in the area which was walking distance so super easy! Nice and big, lots of space and in a lovely residential area. Thanks Andy!

The rectory is really lovely. We enjoyed the cleanliness, it was well equipped, quiet. The bed was lovely and comfy. Even though it's positioned on a very busy street, close walking distance to shops etc, it was quiet. Its very lovely and private. Nichole was very responsive, polite and helpful.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay. Close to public transport, easy to get to the city. The place was clean and the hosts' communication was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate an extra request. Great stay, thanks!

Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to the city, wharf, gardens etc. we absolutely loved our stay and would happily book again.

This apartment has it all, inside and outside, at the doorstep. It’s very comfortable inside with all the conveniences of home. There’s a grocery store and numerous restaurants literally steps away. The location is great for moving around Brisbane. It made our visit with family very comfortable.

Shaneel's place felt like a home away from home, a very welcoming environment. I would certainly consider staying at her place again. It would be helpful to have plastic cups and plates available for kids, and a vacuum cleaner for longer stays to maintain cleanliness. While I appreciated the heater, the bathroom and toilet as well as the carpets and floors were dirty. it could be better for more thorough cleaning between guests; we had to clean the toilet and bathroom ourselves before use. The floors and carpets also needed cleaning. I believe there's room for improvement. Thank you again, Shaneel, for providing the heater.

Great stay at Susan’s place while in Brisbane for magic round. So close to everything but feels a world away on the other side of the river. Space was incredibly clean and very roomy for my needs. Susan communicated quickly any time I contacted her. Fantastic value and would definitely stay again.

Stuart was very responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in when my flights went smoother than expected. Apartment was comfortable and suited exactly what I needed for this work trip.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the city, with the perfect location if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city. Walking distance from local attractions and restaurants and shops nearby. Spacious living area and comfortable seating and a tidy kitchen should you wish to stay in. All round a fantastic stay with great value for money.

Mara is a lovely host. She was very helpful prior to arrival liaising with me about the procedure to check in. The apartment is in a great central location and Mara has provided pretty much everything you need for a shortish stay. The only thing I would warn future guests about is the noise from the street and nearby construction (which is happening 24/7) - which Mara has no control over, obviously. The window in the bedroom has zero sound insulation. So I did need to sleep with earplugs. If you are okay with that, it's an excellent spot to stay. Forewarned is forearmed 😊

A great place, easy access, quiet and private. It was great that the apartment catered for a baby/toddler. Definitely worth it.

We have stayed at this apartment before, it is always clean and tidy. The views are amazing, the location is great within a 20 minute walk to main amenities. Stevie is a great host with good communication.

Carolina was a delight to deal with, I was very comfortable with my stay and it was exactly what I needed. So happy the shops were so close because I forgot a few things it would've been a disaster for my ball I was attending. Would stay again for sure!

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

After staying in a couple of other places, we were expecting something typical. However, this place was anything but typical. It was absolutely SUPERB. The first steps into the place left us speechless because of how clean and the beautiful views, but there was also the sweetest gift basket to welcome us! The location was perfect as right across the street is entrance to the board walk which leads to everywhere and there are tons of restaurants around. If you're on the fence about booking this place, I couldn't recommend this place more. It is a MUST STAY.

The stay was unbelievable exactly what we wanted close to everything beautiful view of Southbank and the river. The host was amazing to deal with above and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend anyone visiting the city especially the star casino to stay here couldn't find a better location.

Nicole’s place was one of the best, if not the best Airbnb I have stayed in. She left very clear instructions for check in, the place was clean and the bed was comfy. We really appreciated having a washer, dryer and clothes drying rack. The views from the apartment were great and it was very close to everything you’d want to do. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with everything you’d want and even had sauces in the fridge and water. We really appreciated everything Nicole’s place had to offer!

Had a wonderful stay here for our first time in Brisbane. Chris was extremely accomodating, the space was beautiful and the views from the apartment were stunning. Will definitely be back next time!

Great location within walking distance to the train station. Clean and tidy with all the amenities required for a longer stay. Easy to get to the city and show grounds. Would recommend.
