Holiday rentals with a fireplace in East Attica Regional Unit

This place was a nice respite after our long sightseeing days. I could definitely spend an extended time here. There was a very nice outdoor space to enjoy and the inside had everything we needed. There were nice treats and snacks left for us in arrival that saved us having to go out and get anything when we arrived. We really appreciated the time in this place. The only thing to be aware of is you must be able to do stairs for entry. They are wide and sturdy though. It’s a lovely staircase. Overall a pleasant stay. Wish we had more time to sit and enjoy the atmosphere but we were trying to get all the sights in. We were just a brief cab ride from all the most popular sites. Thank you!

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Niki and George are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful and always had a good idea for an excursion. Large, spacious, bright and very clean accommodation. Quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes' walk from the city center, 5 minutes from the Ktrl bus stop Shops 5 minutes away

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Everything is impeccable

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

This is a family owned real estate that immediately makes you feel at home. Hosts are very kind and proactive, house and terrace are clean, lots of green trees to walk. It’s not too close to the sea so renting a car is mandatory but if you do, it’s a perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

The villa was really wonderful for our holiday, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. It was spotless all rooms, convenient location with easy parking in a quiet area. The pool and outdoor space delighted the whole group!! The host helped us instantly with any questions we had!!

There were 13 of us as a family in the accommodation. Overall, everything was great and we were able to spend very nice days in the villa. The only points we noticed: - No key for the bathroom on the ground floor and upper floor. We also had guests there and with so many people it was unpleasant. The host himself only noticed this when we checked in. The last visitors were held responsible for many defects. But nothing that we found to be a shame was replaced or repaired. - Sometimes there were problems with the hot water for the shower after midnight. Even after trying for a long time, there was no warm water at night and we had to wait until morning. This was not so optimal, as there were so many of us and I wanted to get ready for my wedding in the evening. - We had 2 baby beds, but the mattress was missing for one and we did not get a replacement. Otherwise, everything was great and we would recommend the villa.

The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. This villa is paradise! Separates you from the chaos of Athens and truly makes you feel like a local. If you plan to visit Athens as well, I would budget at least one hour to get there (each way). Pati’s hospitality is unmatched. The home is absolutely gorgeous, spotless, and has breathtaking views. We enjoyed every second of our stay and made family memories to last a lifetime. Pati helped us organize a private chef at the house to celebrate/surprise my parents for their 30th Wedding Anniversary. The food was spectacular and the experience was unforgettable. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a once in a lifetime way to experience Greece.

This place was adorable! The outdoor area, the spiral staircase, the cute decor, we felt right at home. The host was SO kind and responsive and went out of our way to help with some things that came up. She gave amazing local recommendations (fun restaurants and beach area a 5 minute drive).
