Family-friendly holiday rentals in Eaglehawk Neck

We had an amazing stay in the Pod. The location was very private and peaceful and the hot tub was an absolute delight for a nice relaxing dip before bed. The host were absolutely amazing and were very helpful during our stay and we loved having the dogs to keep us company in the mornings while we were outside enjoying our coffee. Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

I want to say it was awful so that it’ll be free next time I want to book it. But that’s not fair, everyone should get the opportunity to stay here. Quiet location away from the main roads, gorgeous views from the hot tub on the balcony. Simple, cosy accomodation that was exactly what I was after. Sean was super communicative prior to the stay and everything was so well explained I didn’t need him again except to let him know that regretfully, my stay was over. 10/10, thanks Sean for making such a special place available.

A wonderful stay, the spa on the deck was particularly fun for our kids, and we loved the wood fire. Warm and cosy stay with beautiful views of the bay.

Tom and Cate’s place was amazing! One of the best places we have stayed! They had lots of thoughtful touches especially for the kids. They went above and beyond our expectations. Communication was great, the house was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The kids loved their little surprises and we loved staying there. Our stay with Maggie & Gary was such an excellent find! We greatly appreciated their hospitality, welcoming attitude, advice on sights in Tasmania, and delicious home made spreads. Such a wonderful experience for us in a beautiful environment.

Loved our stay at Ros’ place. Very cosy, all the basics provided! Ros went above and beyond leaving a small toy at the property for our pooch. Very dog friendly!

The guesthouse was in a great location, close to the CBD and Hobart attractions. The mountains provided for nice views and the guesthouse was tidy and cozy. The parking spot was a bit tricky to exit due to surrounding cars, but that was only a minor issue.

It was a lovely place. Well equipped, and comfortable. Effort to ensure guests felt at home.

Sea House is such a magical place from the gardens to the views, beach access and the comfort of the house made our stay really wonderful and the balm we needed. Liz was gave great information before we arrived and was really responsive. Can’t wait to get back.

It is a nice, clean, peaceful place to live. The kitchen has everything you need, much happier to spend few nights in that's place.

We loved our stay, such a gorgeous location and short walk to the beach. Lovely and clean, a very spacious house for our tended family. The kitchen had all the essentials and appliances. We loved the coffee machine and fresh coffee beans. Great large walk-in showers and super comfy beds. We loved the outdoor fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. We all had a lovely and relaxing weekend away and everything was exactly as Lucy described.

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

Jodi and Lindsay were fantastic hosts. Their lovely unit was in a great location and even had a wonderful café on the corner for our morning coffee. We were lucky to stay during the Dark Mofo Festival and Jodi offered great suggestions on different exhibitions to see and events to attend. Thank you Jodi and Lindsay!

Jodi's apartment is at the best location, vrry close to a great cafe, grocery stores, bus stop and moonah shops. Best thing is private car parking which is hard to find with other air bnb places. You can view beautiful mount Wellington from the bedrooms, and living room gets cozy by sunshine during the day. Jodi was kind enough to give us quick tour of the house on checking-in, and also let us stay an extra hour before checking out. Thank you Jodi for letting us stay at your lovely place.

Very spacious property with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen & laundry amenities and comfort during our stay. The view is spectacular and we were very happy with the heating for our winter stay. Very close to the ferry terminal and lovely pub, cafes and supermarkets close by.
