Barrio tranquilo y muy bonito con todas las amenities necesarias a una distancia caminable. Es un apartamento al fondo de nuestro terreno, con entrada privada. Comparte con los dueños el portón principal que da a la calle. Tiene un dormitorio y patio privado con parrillero propio.

Beautiful apartment in the Malvin Sur neighborhood, very bright and comfortable. Three bedrooms, one of them in suite. Two bathrooms. Kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Washing machine . Dining room and living room with cable TV, underfloor heating and air conditioning Beautiful view. Building with amenities (2 heated swimming pools, barbecue pits, gym, playroom, children's playroom and laundry room) Very close to the promenade and the beach.

Our relaxing upper level home hosts families or friends only four blocks from the Rambla & beach. A light-filled kitchen with dining area for eight facilitates teamwork! The house is secure, with alarm and blinds to black out the bedrooms for sleeping late. Our local grocery, pharmacy, café, hair salons and restaurants are only two blocks. The Portones Mall and shopping/eating on Arocena are both beautiful 15-20 minute walks through the neighborhood streets of Carrasco.

Located in the Carrasco neighborhood. Garden neighborhood, very quiet, ideal to rest after a day of walking. Pleasant for walks. 10 minutes by car to the airport, 10 minutes to the beautiful Rambla de Montevideo, 15 minutes by bus to the Tres Cruces bus terminal and 5 minutes more to reach downtown. You can walk to Shopping Portones with a wide range of shops and a food court. Quick access to the road that goes to our main resort Punta del Este.
