It is a very good place to rest, there is privacy, I recommend that if you travel a car to get around, as the distances are long to other places. Bettyana was very friendly and helpful at all times. The stay is very nice, the furniture and decor are very nice.

The photos of the listing do not do it justice, the beach is very nice and the apartment wider than I imagined, on one floor, and with a terrace facing the sea where we pass luxury. Communication with Jorge was very punctual. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for tranquility and comfort this place has it, it is a small place with all the necessary amenities to have the best in Merida, despite the heat it turned out to be a very cool space with very good lighting, we would definitely return

We stayed 2 weeks at this condo and enjoyed it very much. We were only my wife and I but there's room to easily accommodate 5 people. The large balcony and swimming pool were inviting. Despite a few minor issues, this apartment is an exceptional value. The proximity to the beach is a great added feature as well.

Ignacio is a super host , pending and kind, resolving doubts and being very attentive to any requested specification. The apartment is undoubtedly a great place to live with, with all the amenities and equipment working perfectly. They even have details such as chairs and beach umbrella, lots of towels for all use . Regarding the complex, I think that the common space and pool are somewhat small especially if all the dptos are occupied at the same time, or if there are small ones in the family it could be complicated that everyone lives in the same space. The rooftop is beautiful and very complete for meeting, table chairs, hammocks, swings and so on in super nice conditions. Just as an extra, the bathrooms were not as clean or I don't know how often they were cleaned, but I couldn't occupy them the night I decided to meet on the terrace. Those common areas are not the responsibility of Ignacio, if so they would have been perfect, safe

The view was beautiful, just like the pictures and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. Miguel was very kind and responsive even though it was New Years. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 Thank you Miguel for a great New Years experience.

Great apartment - well furnished and appointed. Nice views from the balcony and master bedroom. All kitchen stuff was new and very complete. Beds were comfortable. The apartment complex itself was great too. Only downside is that the internet was very bad - we had issues pretty much all week with the connection. We needed to work and it was tough with the bad connection. Everything else was good. Host was very responsive throughout our stay.

The place is beautiful, you have everything for an unforgettable stay. We'll be back!
