Family-friendly holiday rentals in Duszniki-Zdrój

The house is phenomenal, the photos don't reflect its size, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom on the ground floor is huge. The decor fits the hunting lodge, it's highly eclectic, but it's also unfriendly. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is no shortage of equipment, you can even bake cake.

The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

It was a big pleasure to visit this place. Beautiful area for walks and skiing, great house. We'll be back soon :)

A great place to relax for the whole family.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend with all my heart <3

Suitable for large parties. Plenty of rooms and bed, equipped kitchen. Nice environment. The only thing you'd like to invest in a cozy home.

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

The place is beautiful, lots of space and ideally furnished for both families and a group of friends. Great communication with the host, replies to messages within minutes. I can only recommend a place to stay.

We spent the New Year with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children + dog) in the Cottage Rozarka and had a great time. The house has a large living room, open fireplace, sauna, foosball table and everything we needed. The ski slope was also within walking distance. Conclusion: great place to stay, great communication, helpful owner, highly recommended! Thank you Luboš!

Amazing for kids! The playground has more than the pictures show and the house itself had toys for the little one and lego and art supplies for the bigger kids, a trampoline, and apple trees and blueberry bushes in the yard. We could see the playground from the windows and so felt comfortable letting the kids run freely there right from the beginning. We were a bit surprised by the winding, narrow, roads to get there, and there isn't much to do right in the area, but the house itself was perfect.

Oh it was gods. Great for us, toys for children, comfortable sleeping, equipped kitchens, beautiful forest garden, fire pit, responsive communication. check out. Thank you very much and recommend vs 10 :-)

I have nothing to complain about. I will just add: there are 3 parking spaces and 2 portable grills on the property. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Iwona’s apartment is great situated, we had privacy and neighborhood is nice and calm. Zieleniec Ski Arena is really close by car. Apartment was perfect, we really appreciated two separated rooms and common area. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. Although the house next door may seem close, you don't have to worry at all, you have your privacy. A beautiful place, both the house and the garden . Thank you for the stay.

The house is very bright, warm, cozy, many living plants. It's like visiting people you've known for a long time. All necessary utensils, bedding are available. Lenka, very kind and responsible. Answered all questions for our comfortable stay. The surrounding area is green and lots of space to play ball, there is everything you need. We will come again! Recommended!🤗🌹😉

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described, but still managed to exceed our expectations. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The outdoor space, though, was the real standout - peaceful, private, and surrounded by greenery. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Natasja's place was as described. A really nice place and ideal for a group. There was nothing missing if you read the description properly. There are also many hiking destinations in the area. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. I'd love to come back.

We stayed in this accommodation for a week with 3 families and felt very comfortable. The space in the house is completely sufficient to spend time with many children. The garden with the meadows and forests behind the house also give many opportunities for quick and easy excursions directly from the property. The house is very nice and homely, you should just know that any insulation is missing and you actually hear every step. Photographed with a wide angle, it still looks bigger than it is in the pictures. Still enough for the number of guests indicated. Wood for fireplaces (we would actually have needed it because heating with electricity is very expensive), or even for a campfire should be provided yourself, because the existing one is very price-intensive with €10/small box. All in all still recommended.

Malgorzata and her husband are very warm hosts. The duplex apartment is warmly furnished and quietly located. The adjacent garden, which we were able to use privately, is huge and offers all kinds of opportunities to relax and play. The surrounding area is also beautiful. Right from the property, there are great hiking trails.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kateřina’s house. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, with exception of towels. The house is surrounded by nature and we spent a lot of time outside, playing outdoor games, grilling, and sitting by the fire. There was no wifi when we arrived on Saturday, so we had to contact Kateřina and request a connection, which we got on Monday. Overall, I would recommend Katerina’s house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
