Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Durtal

Very nice accommodation, quiet in the middle of the forest and nature. Clean and functional accommodation with the necessary equipment. A real disconnection! The enclosed land was also very much appreciated by us as our dog, with views of the goats and the pony. I recommend it.😊

Unfortunately, we were only in the accommodation for one night. But we would have liked to have stayed longer in this accommodation. A very friendly hostess and a top accommodation in a very nice area. We can't do any more. We'll be back any time.

A perfect stay, but way too short! Catherine is a very friendly and accommodating host. The cottage was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The surroundings are quiet, with the pleasure of hearing the birdsong all day long. I would recommend it in a second!

Communication and hospitality with Philippe, went very well. Philippe is very friendly, he takes pleasure in showing us around the place, explaining the history of his property, which is a haven of peace with beautiful surrounding nature. The place is quiet, functional for what we were looking for (one night stop at 6). The room downstairs is not super functional (HS TV and no hot water in the sink, no toilet), but allows two adults to sleep without any problem.

We had a great stay in a clean, spacious and very well-equipped cottage for both leisure and daily life Tifenn and Laurie are very friendly and warm. Cottage to recommend without any restrictions

i had a nice stay with Jean Pierre who is very friendly and welcoming, I came to rest and it is the ideal place, the place is superb with biquettes, kittens , small birds...and the forest next door, a healing... i highly recommend it

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Apartment was very spacious with lovely decor. Real treat to have the balcony and views over the Loire. Sarah was very welcoming and had provided basic food stuffs such as milk and coffee, etc. She was very informative about the area and things to do. The apartment was in the centre of the city and close to attractions and restaurants. As we arrived by train we found public transport was not very frequent when we wanted to travel out of city. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cedric is a very welcoming and responsive host. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. With a very loaded vehicle, we appreciated the proximity of a guarded parking lot for the modest sum of €3 per night. The apartment is located on a very busy avenue but the bedroom that overlooks the courtyard is very quiet. We made all our trips on foot from the apartment. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit Angers.

A perfect stay in a charming house! The decoration is neat, very tasteful, and the entire accommodation is impeccably maintained, both inside and outside. It immediately felt good. The hosts are lovely, available, responsive and always give good advice for discovering the surroundings. A very nice place in Saumur that I recommend without hesitation. I would definitely stay again!

A perfect cottage for a group weekend, with its very pleasant exteriors and all its available amenities (swimming pool, football, table tennis, etc.). We had an amazing week in Vallon-sur-Gée. There are so many things to do in and around the Airbnb, like playing pool, visiting le Mans or just go for a swim in the pool. Also the communication was super fast and easy and the whole team of SoVillas was really helpful and nice.

We had a lovely stay at Raïssa's place. The concept is ideal for a family or couples of friends: each their own sleeping/shower room area, with a beautiful shared living space. Everything has been well thought out, and the quality of the materials and decor makes the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The fact that each lodge comes with a spa is great. Too bad we were not notified of the lack of availability of the swim spa for our stay, the only spa that would have allowed us to be more numerous. We would definitely recommend this villa that offers a real disconnection in a refreshing setting!
