We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four with two babies! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at ease. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made our arrival and stay stress-free. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and the calm, quiet atmosphere—perfect for traveling with little ones. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay. We’d love to come back!

We had a great time, if anything it's even better than the pictures. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. No need to hire a car if you don't want to, everything you need walking distance away. Lovely to have sea views from 2 upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs balcony is dreamy.

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

We had a nice stay with the family, very relaxing Clean and comfortable accommodation! Special mention for bedding. The exterior without vis a vis is particularly appreciated!

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

The accommodations were top-notch, with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with modern amenities and cozy furnishings that made me feel right at home. The hosts of this seaside house were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. They responded promptly to any inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this seaside retreat and would definitely return in the future. If you're looking for a quiet, private getaway with all the comforts of home, look no further than this fantastic place.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Very comfortable and clean, with everything that you might ever need in your home. Quiet place, relaxing surroundings and just 5 min walk to the beach. Next level patio, excellent to chill out with friends and family or even work, if you are a remote worker. Klodiana is very polite, friendly and responsive. She made sure everything was as it should!

Jeni was a great host and friendly. Easy to communicate and helpful with questions about the area. The house was as described and had all the facilities required. The surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful. I would go and stay again and would highly recommended this.

Great place with everything within walking distance (restaurants, beaches, convenience stores). Well-equipped, everything is there. Suada is very responsive as needed.

Klodian was an amazing host - super helpful with suggestions of restaurants and shops nearby. His dad was also lovely offering me fresh fruit from the garden! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a nicely renovated bathroom.

Very nice and specious apartment , near the beach and restaurants. Apart from food shopping the apartment has everything else you need.

Artila's apartment is in a great location. The rooms are spacious, the apartment is equipped with everything, and the view from the balcony is beautiful! Her parents did everything to make us feel comfortable and Artila was also very cooperative. All rooms have air conditioning which is great. Many restaurants and markets can be found within minutes. I absolutely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely villa. We had everything we needed and more. The host was super communicative and helpful with all our questions and requests, be it house related, or even just tips and ideas. The location is somewhere between the capital city Tirana and Durres, so perfect to get away from the noise of the city, however still close enough to visit. We didn’t have any issue during our stay, and were very pleased with the house and the peaceful vibes it gave to us. Being situated just a couple minutes from the sea was a big plus, you could nearly hear the sound of the waves and feel the fresh air. It was just the relaxing escape we didn’t know we needed.

Marjo was the best host I ever had in my life! He let you feel home from the first moment! Now is like a friend, the villa is beautiful and perfect, and marjo has been very helpful with everything, I can’t recommend him enough, he made our stay unforgettable!

Genti was a great host! He prepared us spontaneous a local fish on arrival which was a warm welcome. If you are looking for a peacefull local stay close to nature this is the spot. We walked to the village every day to have a coffee with the warm and friendly locals in the main cafe. Communication with 'hand and feet' but this receipt still works! Cape rodon, beaches and Tirana reachable in 30-45 minutes. All great!

Excellent location. The house is really comfortable, equipped with everything you need and even extra unexpected (for example, the kitchen was also very well stocked with many things that you often forget - salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee, sugar, napkins, aluminum, etc.). The HOST was very kind at all stages of our stay, it was easy and quick to contact her and was always available. The house is very nice, well-kept and in a great location (100 meters from the sea) and a short distance from Tirana and/or the airport. The beach is sandy, well organized (umbrellas, sun loungers, restaurants, children's games, beach volleyball courts, etc.) and in a closed and reserved area (guard at the entrance, few cars and therefore tranquility even for small children). Finally, the house is well equipped for small children (sun loungers, children's games, slides and swings in the garden and many other gadgets to have fun for the little ones), definitely ideal for those who travel with family

The house is a real gem. The garden is beautiful and spacious, the roof provides for beautiful dinners and quiet time. The house is well equipped and very well situated, super close to the beach, a market and playgrounds for the kids. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and communicative. We loved our stay!

Very kind and communicative host. Everything was great. We enjoyed the evenings with a glass of wine at the fireplace and sunny mornings with a coffe at the beach. The house is very nice with a beautiful garden and have everything for some relaxing days. Highly recommended!
