Comfortable 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Marina Mazatlán. Beautiful pool, palapa, private parking, 24 hour security. Spectacular view of the marina and yacht club. Great location, 5 minutes from beach access and Plaza Galerías, Liverpool, very close to bars, cafes, restaurants and the golden zone. Very clean and spacious. The bus, taxi, or pulmonía stop is right outside the building. No parties, no smoking, no pets.

Luxury condominium, great monthly discount

Luxury condominium! It is a condominium very comfortable, spacious and equipped for you to have a lovely stay, it has pool and jacuzzi in the common area and the beach is just 5 minutes from it in car! Perfect to spend the holidays with family, partner or friends. - I recommend bringing a car since being inside a residential, the exits from the residential are a bit far to walk (10min on foot) (3-5 by car).
