large apartment of two floors, the first consists of a large room with a sectional room that in turn turns into a large bed. on this floor also has a bar that in turn functions as a bar and breakfast. This floor has a small kitchenette and a mini refrigerator, a modern desk and a full bathroom. In the room opposite the section there is a smart TV with access to Netflix, dvd and theater at home. The top floor features 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 spacious sofa, sectional furniture with TV and DVD, 1 spacious walk-in closet, vanity and hand wash.

40 year-old modern house beautifully restored. Interesting architecture/original wooden details are seen throughout the place. Attention to decor/comfort. House meticulously cleaned Security cameras located outside the property and in the back yard. Car rental recommended House is 10 minutes to the center of the city. Uber reliable but not so much on major holidays. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE *NO PARTIES ALLOWED *POOL EQUIPMENT NOT FOR GUESTS TO ACTIVATE/HANDLE
