Beachfront holiday rentals in Dunsborough

We, my hubby and two dogs, totally enjoyed our stay. We had a relaxing bath and dinner outside. Caitlin stood out to us because of her down-to-earth attitude, particularly about our pets. We didn't get the riot act about it, just a friendly request to keep them off the furniture. We would recommend this property. It ticks most of the boxes. There are little thoughtful extras like candles and soaps. Very nice.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and local cafes. Quiet neighbourhood. The accommodation has everything you need. Great base for the region. Would highly recommend. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house is located in a very peaceful area, which made our time there incredibly relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

super cute and cosy place to stay, with the bonus of our pup having Boris the poodle and Bella the Boston as playmates as there is a big grassed yard and secure gateto let pup roam. Very clean and cosy bungalow with plates, microwave, cutlery glasses etc. Fab shower pressure and even heat. peaceful location and 2 min stroll to a calm beach, takeaway shop, bws and coffee place 2 mins the other way. fab weekend, Dan and Carleen were lovely (and Roma, Carleens mum). Only thing I'd say if you were wanting a totally private getaway for romance times or if you're socially awkward, this would prob be too close to hosts for your liking, but we loved it and so close to drive to Margs, Augusta, Duns etc. super comfy bed too 👌. take a Chromecast for the Samsung TV if you want streaming. Will be back, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at James - Happy Holiday Homes! The property is perfectly located right in the heart of Dunsborough, just across from the pub and shopping centre, making it super convenient for everything you need. The house itself is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10 without feeling crowded. The kitchen is a standout feature—beautifully designed and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, crockery, and cutlery, making meal prep an absolute pleasure. The outdoor area is another highlight; it’s a peaceful spot to relax, enjoy the birds, and soak in the calm atmosphere. Highly recommend this property for groups or families wanting comfort, convenience, and a touch of nature right in town.

Lovely stay with family. So much space and hang out areas so as a group of ten we never felt crammed. Quiet location, easy walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing stay. Views are beautiful. Decor beautiful. Comfy beds. Lots to do in the area even on a wet weekend. Loved watching waves and rain coming through, especially delighted to see so many rainbows from the balcony. Can recommend The Common in the resort for a drink and pub dinner and breakfast at Sea Garden.

Amazing place to stay and done to such a high standard. Location was great…so close to the beach and nearby towns of Vasse and Dunsborough, Chelsea is a great host and was really responsive and helpful. One downside was the construction next to the property. Whilst it was noted on the booking at the start, work has carried on longer than expected/advertised. Appreciate that this may be out of the hosts control, but being woken up some early mornings by the sound of construction work wasn’t ideal. Nonetheless, property was amazing and would highly recommend it!

The seahorse was a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Veronica was extremely helpful and gave some excellent advice on things to do locally. Highly recommend the seahorse for anyone looking for an extremely relaxing stay within a beautiful house with outstanding views.

This house has EVERYTHING you need. From the pool, spa, pool table, pingpong table, bikes, the beach around the corner! Our Host was absolutely amazing and very quick to respond. Overall A very nice stay!!

An absolutely amazing week spent watching the sunset and the world go by on the incredible balcony. The house has absolutely everything you need and such a perfect location. An easy flat walk into town and opposite the most beautiful beach. Thankyou for the most loveliest stay.

A perfect family getaway! The property was amazing and made for a wonderful escape for our family. The accommodation was spacious and welcoming. We cooked dinner each night, had a few fun movie nights, and the highlight was definitely the pool table! The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

A truly wonderful house, that looks exactly like the pictures. Was a wonderful 10 day stay for our family of 5. Location is great, 10/15 min walk into town and 2 min walk to the beach. Check in and out were very easy and Lisa responded to the few messages we exchanged quickly - really was no need to communicate more as everything was well explained prior to our arrival. A few more instructions on the tv set up and amenities and some extra cleaning products would have been good but other than that completely faultless and will look to book again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of the world, especially the walks on the beach each day. The accommodation was amazing and we’ve already booked to stay again. Attention to detail was very much appreciated and everything was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the patio having a coffee in the mornings. Thanks for everything.

We had a lovely stay at Erin’s property. It was very spacious and all but one room was en-suite which was a big plus for us. The best part was the location right on the beach. No crossing roads just a pedestrian walkway. The beach was very calm with almost no waves so good for kids. All the main restaurants etc were 2 min drive away which was convenient.

Fantastic location, price and size. The guests I invited to stay with us were amazed at our accommodation. Very impressed with the location as it is effectively a water front property, however with a very large 'yard' so you didn't feel like you were right on the road. Very walkable - we didn't use our hire car a single time in Busselton during our 2 night stay.

My partner and I had a great little vay-cay down south at La Stellina this past weekend. The location was perfect, walking distance into town and the beach right across the road. The electric fire heater worked wonders in the evening when it got chilly. Netflix on the TV for cosy nights in and additional throws and cushions for comfort 👌🏼 Everything was presented nicely and didn't need to reach out for anything during our stay. Will definitely be recommending La Stellina to our friends and coming back ourselves next time! 😊
