Holiday rentals with a patio in Dunpo-myeon

숙소가 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요 수압 약한건 후기 보고 걱정 했는데 저는 크게 불편함 없었고 역 근처다보니 소음이 조금 있긴해요

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

The space is just right. Location is good too, very near subway. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of goodies. We ate, drink and watch Netflix on that mobile TV. That was how comfortable we were.

The flat is located really near the subway station, it was very convenient, also the view from the living room was amazing. We had a great stay in there !

진짜 찐 내돈내산 후기 남김. 여행 전날 김포공항 근처 숙소 찾다가 발견한 이곳… 와 진짜 개이득. 5호선 타면 김포공항까지 딱 20분 컷. 공항 접근성 뭐냐고 진짜… 늦잠 자도 안 불안함. 😅😅 위치도 대박임. 영등포시장역에서 걸어서 5분? 심지어 넉넉잡아도 그 정도고, 타임스퀘어나 신세계 백화점도 도보 가능. 쇼핑하고 밥 먹고 산책까지 한 번에 가능해서 하루가 순삭됨. 근데 진짜 이 숙소의 TMI는, 요즘 힙한 문래동이랑도 가까워서 맛집 탐방하기 딱 좋음. 🔥🔥 무드있는 카페, 로컬 맛집, 디저트 투어까지… 나 요즘 트렌드 좀 아는 애 << 처럼 놀 수 있음. 혼자 와도, 친구랑 와도, 심지어 외국인 친구 데려와도 다 만족할 코스. ㅋㅋㅋ 위치 + 동선 + 분위기 다 갖춘 숙소 찾는다면 무조건 여기임. 공항 접근성 좋고, 역세권 오지고, 놀거리 먹을거리 넘쳐나는 이 조합… 결론은 또올게유 🤗🤗

This place is incredibly good for family stay. The Host if responsive and friendly always help us in every request we asked. We loved everything of it, especially the living room & kitchen plus the rooftop with city view. The only comment i can say here is there is no elevator and bidet. The room is on the 4th floor. It is hard for us because we have a toddler to carry up and down. If all grown up will stay here and no need to carry up and down. Stairs would be fine. Surely we will go back here again once my toddler is a bit older. ☺️

사진에서 본 것처럼 실제로도 넓고 깔끔해서 처음 들어설 때부터 기분이 좋았어요. 호스트분 친절하셔서 급히 예약했지만 전혀 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었고, 지하철역 가깝고 시내와 가까워 이동도 편리했어요. 가족들 모두 만족하며 편하게 지냈습니다. 서울에 올 일이 생기면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

딸아이와 3박4일~~ 보통 사진으로 보았다가 실망하는 경우가 많은데, 정말 이쁘고 평화로운곳이 였습니다. 제가 좀 결벽이라. 수건하고 얇은 이불도 가지고 갔는데 침구류.베개등등 세탁한 흔적이 있어서. 안심하고 덮고 잘수 있어서 제일 좋았습니다. 특히 앞에 조그만 정원과 밤에 켜지는 반짝반짝 네온이 이쁘고 침실과 거실과 주방의 배치는 작지도 크지도 않은 룸사이즈에. 안정감있는 구조로 배치되어 있어서 차분하게 쉬다가 왔습니다. 특히나 저녁은 너무 조용하고 개구리 소리도 들리고. 둘다 힐링하고 갑니다. 번창하시고 또 오겠습니다~^^ 감사합니다♡♡

The location was clean and close to the river and station. It made for easy transportation and enjoyable walks. Bella was very kind and hospitable. She was very responsive and helpful.

We really loved our stay here; felt homey, place was clean and had a lovely rooftop patio to chill. All amenities which were mentioned were provided. Bathroom was a little small as mentioned in the description and ceilings were low as it’s an attic but we made it work and wasn’t too much of an issue. The hosts were also very responsive if we needed any help. It was a more quiet neighborhood which suits more to our liking. Subway and bus stops are just minutes walk away, convenient to get around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and glad we chose this place for our few days in Seoul :)

작년에 첫 방문하고 너무 마음에 들어서 재방문했어요! 경복궁 맛집을 도보로 이용하고 포장해서 먹을수 있어서 좋고 친구들이링 모여서 같이 놀기 모든게 완벽한 곳이였습니다. 여전히 분위기도 좋고 깨끗하게 관리도 잘되어있어서 기분 좋게 머물렀습니다. 호스트님이 추천해주신 가게에서 음식을 포장 후 마당에서 즐겼는데 역시나 최고 였습니다. 딱 덥지도 춥지도 않는 이날씨에 우리만의 야장 바이브 느끼면서 마당 에서 즐기는게 이 에어비엔비에 개큰 장점입니다. 항상 친절한 답변 감사드립니다! 기회가 되면 다음에 또 방문할게요!

we had a wonderful stay at monica’s place! beautifully designed, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. the neighbourhood’s charming and lively with a blend of local life, convenience, and hidden gems! monica was a fantastic host too! warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay,, she even offered local recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. we truly felt the warmth if a home and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to seoul. highly recommended!!

들어가자마자 넓고 감성적인 공간 안에 예쁜 인테리어 오브제들이 가득해서 체크인 하자마자 감탄했습니당 😍 마당도 넓구 새소리 들으면서 초록초록 풍경 즐기는게 넘 좋았구 빗소리 들으면서 바베큐 먹는 것도 행복했어요옹!!! 별도 많이 보이구 잠도 잘오고 꿀잠 잤어여 진짜 강추!!! 넘 예쁜 숙소에요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
