Free parking in front of the house 5-minutes drive to Countdown, PAK’nSAVE, local restaurants, cafe, and close to Peninsula. 5kms from the city center, along with the beautiful scenery.

Our lovely house is conveniently located just a 7 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre and 3 minutes’ to Mornington shopping centre, cafe, gas station etc. Bus stop just stands 2 minutes walk which can take you right to Mornington shopping centre or City centres. Plus 2 minutes walk to childcare or local playground, 3 minutes walk to Kaikorai Valley College . "Close enough to what we needed but far enough away to be lovely and quiet" (quoted from one of our lovely guests).
