Jolly Nose Hill is known locally for extensive walking and bike tracks. Rainbow Beach hosts regular surfing competitions. The Beach Hotel, 5 mins away, has a good menu and live music at weekends and the Nursery serves yummy breakfasts, both with fun play areas. Some great sights, tourist activities and some great walks...take you pick as there are lots to see and do. About this home: This studio is a large self-contained room with your own keyed entry and is separate from the main house. Come and go as you please. So swim, fish, walk or rest! North Haven is half way between Sydney and Brisbane.

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

Such a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location opposite the river. The accommodation had everything that we needed, was extremely clean & well maintained. The bed was very comfortable & fitted with lovely bed linen. Wendy & Stuart (sp) were wonderful hosts, quick to respond if we had any queries from the moment we booked right through to when we left. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it was wonderful. We’ll be back!!

Beautiful cottage surrounded by nature, sunshine and chirping hummingbirds. The perfect getaway for a weekend of relaxation. Host was very accommodating and the cottage was very well prepared and clean. Warm fires of an evening under the stars. Loved the eco friendly touch, very inspiring to create our own version of their little eco cottage.

Our stay at Rustys was the perfect weekend getaway to unwind and relax as a couple. There has been a lot of attention to detail put in to give it a rustic feel. It had everything we needed. David was extremely helpful and prompt in replacing the lighter for the firepit when it had run out. We also enjoyed meeting the animals and learning more about the goats and donkey. Our one recommendation is to use Google maps instead of Apple maps to find the property. Once we arrived (thanks to our maps change) getting to Rusty was a breeze.
