Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Duna Verde

The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very conveniently equipped. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cozy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of Prosecco, a homemade cake…. not to forget the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Simply great! The communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on, for example, activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who is very concerned about a pleasant stay for her guests. We felt absolutely comfortable, happy to come back.

The hosts were very kind and helpful, we had a good time! The apartment is clean, tidy, perfectly equipped, and everything was as described. The only surprise was the unfriendly plot, which you can't see in the pictures. In the rooms facing the road, it's hard to sleep with the windows open at night due to the noise of traffic, but next to the lands, the air cools more at night than in the city. Overall, I would recommend the stay to others, very comfortable for families!

Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Such a lovely house on the beautiful Island of Burano. The house is really comfortable on a nice little square in the town. So many great restaurants nearby. The daily boat trip we did to Venice was a nice start of the day. Burano is much more relaxed as Venice so for us this was a perfect spot. Antonella is a great host with a lot of useful tip. Highly recommended!

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia.. the accommodation was very clean, we have rarely seen it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything just fit, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Strongly recommended to families with kids who want their children to have fun in the garden. It is a bit away from Venice but easily reachable by car. Roberta greeted us at the main gate and gave us an informative tour of the place. She was kind enough to set up the crib for my young one. Her garden has a slide and other play equipment, and has all sorts of fruits - loved the cherries!!! Would definitely stay again at her place.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! My friends and I stayed at Mirko's apartment to spend a weekend in Venice. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is strategic for reaching all the most important attractions in Venice. Communication with Mirko was impeccable, he immediately responded to all my questions with great kindness and promptness. Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

The days there were exactly what you need in the summer. An idyllic apartment with a beautiful large pool as well as a small one for children. There were also plenty of loungers. Bicycles for all ages are available there. We were more than satisfied with this Airbnb and will definitely go back!

Recommended! Very nice accommodation, completely renovated and only recently opened. Accommodation is run by a friendly family, beautiful family business. Nice concept with the apartments, where you can use the swimming pool. In addition, they also have a bistro where you can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner (great menu). Stella also provided us with good tips for the region (outings and restaurants). Very helpful and good communication Tip, ask for the museum on the property. Worth taking a look.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Overhead shower head in en-suite not working. Air conditioning in living area only. At night windows had to be open in bedrooms - mosquito repelllant plug-ins provided essential. Very early (05.00hrs) noise from workmen on the canals below. All part of the charm and character of Venice! Would book again and recommend to friends.

This apartment is pure magic. From the moment we walked in, we were swept away by the stunning view of the canal right outside the windows- it felt like a painting come to life. The space perfectly blends old-world Venetian charm with modern art and thoughtful comforts. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the delicious Nespresso that started our mornings to the wonderfully comfortable beds and cool AC that gave us a welcome break from the humidity. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by Ilaria. In over a decade of using Airbnb, I’ve never experienced such warm, professional, and attentive hosting. Her local recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond by arranging private water taxis to and from the train station—an absolute game-changer, especially with young kids in tow. We will absolutely be back and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Venice. Highly, highly recommend.

Chiara is not only a very special hostess, but also a very helpful and fantastic person. Since we were only able to arrive 3 days later due to a family illness, early morning check-in was not a problem. We received a very cordial welcome and Chiara gave us all the necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment was absolutely clean, immaculate and equipped with all possible appliances. We immediately felt at home. The beach and sea were at your fingertips from the balcony and within walking distance. A really great and advantageous location, as we were able to reach the apartment very quickly on foot even with our 4-year-old when we took a break from the beach. I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for travelers. If you have forgotten anything, Sara has thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close on foot to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store close by. And above all, admirable hosts of unspeakable kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

We had a great few days at this AirBnB! It is quiet and private, but just a 3-4min walk from the busy streets. Paolo is a phenomenal host! He recommended local activities, eateries, and was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Venice!

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, nice outdoor area for dining outdoors. Very close to the Redipuglia Memorial, so close that you can walk there. You can park along the outside street, which is a bit narrow but not a problem. Monica and her husband are very kind and caring. I highly recommend it.

Pretty, rustic apartment with everything you need. The highlight is the terrace with sea view and barbecue. The sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and yet the location of the apartment is quiet and private.

We had an amazing time at Maja’s place! Everything was just as described and on the pictures. The flat is decorated with so much love and still there is enough space for unpacking and storing your stuff. The campiello, where the apartment is located is just so beautiful and the location is perfect. Maja is extremely kind and taking care of everything one could need. The apartment is super clean and the beds are nice to get a good rest. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.
