Delphine's house was lovely, particularly outside and the pool area. We had some trouble with the fuse box on the first night which meant no wifi or air con, but the house guide helped us fix this. Would stay here again, but worth noting that its a uphill, hot walk into the city center so worth having a car!

Fabienne and Olivier hosted us very well. In addition, I made the reservation a few hours before and everything was ready on time. Fabienne is really super nice, very friendly. we immediately felt very good in the house, cozy, very comfortable, well-equipped, tasteful and quality decoration. Secure access, electric gate. In short, I can only advise you to stay at Fabienne's. This is the best Airbnb I've stayed at!

I stayed at La Maison à Côté near La Tontouta airport with my father and two children in April 2025 for two nights – one at the beginning and one at the end of our vacation in New Caledonia – and we were very satisfied with the experience. The location is ideal if you arrive late or if you take an early flight in the morning: it is only a few minutes from the airport, but you feel completely elsewhere, in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Mickael and Hélène communicated very well with us and were available to answer our questions. The three bedrooms are spacious, clean and warm, and the outdoor bathroom is set up with great care and taste. If you are looking for a relaxing stopover or even a starting point to explore the area, I highly recommend La Maison à Côté. I will return without hesitation on my next visit to New Caledonia.

Well-organized welcome, despite a late arrival, Sébastien is a very responsive host who was able to respond quickly and efficiently to our requests. The location is great. Walking distance from Nouméa's best beaches, and lots of restaurants. The apartment is spacious, well equiped and clean. Worth the price. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The only minor points were a bed too soft to our liking, and for example, old empty olive oil bottle in the cupboard. A great stay overall.

Our stay here was perfect! The view and the convenience is perfect. The apartment has the main amenities you need on holiday for dining in or for snacks if you’re not on a budget. It’s so convenient having parking available if you decide to hire a car. We became addicted to latalier gourmand (the patisserie a 5 min walk away! ) and pizza and pasta that is in the same complex. We highly recommend staying here. And Romain & Lucy were excellent hosts and very easy to contact . We will definitely be back.

We had a great two day stay at Marie's apartment. The accommodation is clean, well-appointed, quiet and conveniently located, close to beaches and shops. Everything went wonderfully, even if we didn't meet in person: the communication with Marie via messaging was fluid, clear and very warm. Elisabeth's accommodation is just perfect for short or long stays. The view from the terrace where you can eat is just breathtaking. Elisabeth is a lovely, helpful, caring and available host. I therefore recommend this linen very well located in the Sainte Marie neighborhood, a safe and family neighborhood with its ideal park for walks.

Amazing views, especially sunsets! We just enjoyed relaxing with a breeze through the suite, but also enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and shoreline walks. This was one of our many AirBnB stays over the years!!

10-day stay in Noumea in this home. Excellent time. Charming garden. Feeling safe. Quiet. Impeccable air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and "small food" (salt, pepper, nescafé...). With a bottle of fresh water in the fridge upon arrival, I would have given a sixth star! 😅
