This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

This homestay is really homie, there are lots of amenities and facilities, there are even things I brought from home that I didn't use, like mosquito nets, prayer mats and others. It's complete, and the price is really worth it

Strategic area, safe environment and easy to find house Maybe just a few notes for the host: the blanket is too thin maybe it can be replaced and doesn't fit the blanket ‘so a blanket', the back of the toilet house outside is poorly maintained and the yard and when you're going to use the washing machine there's a lizard and finally the curtain is too thin. Maybe it can be replaced with a thick horden but it's still aesthetic

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and had a wonderful time. One of the biggest highlights was that it’s pet-friendly—I was able to bring my furry friend along, and the environment was perfect for both of us. The outdoor space was secure and great for pets to roam around safely. I also appreciated the peaceful location, which offered privacy and relaxation, yet was still conveniently close to nearby cafes and shops. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets or simply looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind. I would definitely come back again!

2 things should be considered if you check in late. There is no water. You can't buy water at groceries stores, they're closed at night. And no toilet paper... Otherwise, beautiful pool, malls downstairs are wonderful. Cold AC, super big TV. But no microwave.

a very nice apt, we had a very nice stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything worked well. We had direct access to the mall, and the staffs were very kind.

Vicky responded super quickly and went out of his way to make the place available to us quite spontaneously. Didn't arrive in Surabaya until 12am and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were immediately offered a late check-out until 1p.m. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the elevator is not too crowded, access to the lottemart and to the food court is very close just take the escalator, complete and very worth it.

Casaluca's room was clean and very accessible. We have no trouble checking in and finding the room ourselves. He also updated the change the room accordingly due to actions of previous tenants. Thank you very being very considerate and responsive!
