We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

There is only one toilet, otherwise everything is great and a totally nice exchange with the owner. Everything you need is available.

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

Very helpful and nice hosts with a great location near the major cities, made my first time in Germany nice and easy

Super apartment, spacious living room, large bathroom with the best shower cubicle ever. Was there in June. Floor heating not on. Apartment completely tiled with small, clean carpets in the right places. Space for wardrobe, hanger in the closet and also additional small parts divider, shoe cabinet spacious. Hooks in the bathroom and towel racks, good lighting, good exhaust system. Battery-powered floor vacuum cleaner at hand, good. All necessary cleaning utensils, rags, cleaning agents, garbage bags. Everything is plentiful and easy to find. Good bed, good blackout. You have to arrange the bedding but ok. Good windows + view. Large TV available with Lan (but I have not tested it). Internet and Wi-Fi good. Enough seating available and dining table in front of kitchen. Enough dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups. SENSEO, toaster, microwave, kettle all in tiptop condition. I only missed an iron (now available) and an extractor hood. Kitchen good! 2 CERAN, fridge + freezer, sink + dishwasher + utensil.

Great place to stay... any time again

the house is very comfortable for two persons and the location is amazing. supermarket near the house, 10 minutes to the central station and the owners are very friendly!

We were already very kindly advised and informed by Robert in advance. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed. We felt right at home in the apartment. There was everything you need and if something is missing or a question comes up, the host is always available and very helpful. There were even some extras, like a scooter for my daughter and a folding bike for me. Really great. We also found the atmosphere in the house and the surroundings to be extremely pleasant. Very quiet and peaceful. We are very grateful to have made such a stroke of luck. Accommodation and host have my full recommendation. Thank you!

Just a super apartment. We were there with two children and had plenty of room. The apartment was very clean. The area was quiet so we could sleep well at night. And the kitchen was also great with a coffee machine.

Great, stylish, lovingly furnished apartment: It simply lacks nothing! The view from the balcony of the Ruhr area or Duisburg is sensational, the location is very good. The city center of Moers is "around the corner". Marie is always available and quick to respond. I felt very comfortable The apartment is 100% recommended and I will certainly come back. We had a family reunion in Duisburg and therefore needed accommodation for one night. Sabine and Manuel's apartment was on the same street, which was very convenient for us. The key handover was very straightforward (after a phone call, the key was brought to us!). We were actually only there to sleep. Everything we needed was there and we felt right at home. The apartment has a pleasant atmosphere and is especially beautiful in the morning when the sun shines in. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is perfect if you are in the Ruhrpott for a few days. There is so much to do and the apartment is centrally located with shops nearby. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious and beautiful apartment.

We booked the accommodation for two for a trade fair stay in Düsseldorf. Thanks to the key box, you are super flexible and the location above the forum is practical, as you can have breakfast there and get groceries. Because of the construction site, the parking situation was a bit stupid, but we always found something free. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, only because the whole building is carpeted, I suffered a little from my house dust allergy. Unfortunately, the sauna was also out of service. Conclusion: good accommodation for the price, we felt very well taken care of.

We always try staying at Jürgen's place when we are visiting our hometown Mülheim. Highly recommended.

Everything was very good, I felt like I was at home. Karin + Jupp are understanding and solution-oriented people. They also thought of many details that might be needed. Had a great stay!! There was a nice communication and the apartment was clean and easy to use. The only downside is that it was around 10 degrees outside but was very hot inside (without the heating on). No further comments or remarks! We recommended to everyone!

The flat was a very well organized, refirbished, clean and tidy. Sanel was also perfect, he personally met us and introduced all amenities of the flat. I would recommend this flat and Sanel to anyone planning visit around Duesseldorf or Duisburg.
