The house "Jan am Strand" is located directly in the 1st row, 200 meters from the beach, in the Döse district. The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults and one child. The apartment has a living room with a south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, a dining area and a TV. It also has a fully equipped modern kitchen. Towels and linens can be provided at an extra charge. Cars up to 1.48 m can be parked in the underground garage.

A car becomes superfluous – everything you need for a perfect holiday is very close. Enjoy the view from your balcony with sea views, from where you can relax and watch the lively hustle and bustle in the center. Here, relaxation combines with vibrant life in an ideal way. A private parking space and private Wi-Fi are available.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 sqm apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. However, you are also welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per pet.
