Waterfront holiday rentals in Dubrovnik

Si tous les logements pouvaient être aussi agréables à vivre que celui-là ce serait merveilleux. La terrasse avec la vue mer est tellement appréciable. Le logement est accueillant et très propre. Michael nous a reçu très cordialement et nous a donné des conseils de visites. La bière rafraîchissante nous attendait dans le frigo ce qui est fort appréciable par cette chaleur. Merci encore pour ce bon séjour.

El depto de Pero es tal cual se describe, súper limpio, muy completo, bien ubicado, cómodo para llegar, cerca de las playas y el casco antiguo, la verdad muy bueno en todos los sentidos. Lo único que nos llamó la atención es que el mismo pasillo que comparten los 2 dormitorios y el baño lo comparte un tercer dormitorio que duerme la señora de Pero. No nos molestó de ninguna manera, pero nos hubiera gustado saberlo antes. Seguro si volvemos a Dubrovnik el depto de Pero sería nuestra primer opción. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad.

This location is exactly what you want when visiting Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is lovely with an even more incredible view of the old town. It’s well equipped, offers a rare parking space, and is away from the hustle of old town while still being only a 10ish minute walk away. We loved our stay and we will hopefully be back!

The view from Renata’s apartment was amazing! The pictures don’t do justice to the actual view. Renata was an amazing host, who proactively sent me instructions on how to walk to the property from the Airport Shuttle Bus Drop Off Point. The apartment was squeaky clean and very conveniently located within Old Town. Renata welcomed me herself during the check in process. She even helped me store my luggage in her own apartment after check out, since I needed a few hours in between. The internet wifi speed was excellent! It was always stable between 50-60 MBS which was enough to get any work done. I remotely worked from her place without any issues whatsoever. 5 stars! Highly recommended! You won’t get a better view within Old Town at this price and gracious Super Host. Thank you Renata!

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, il est très bien décoré et parfaitement équipé ! il se trouve à 40 min à pieds de la vieille ville, mais à peine à 6-7 min en empruntant un des nombreux bus à proximité du logement (passage toutes les 10min). Le logement se trouve par contre à seulement quelques min à pieds de nombreuses plages et de nombreux bars,restaurants et de commerces alimentaires. Nora et sa maman sont très réactives et de bon conseils. Le séjour était parfait, nous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous recherchez de la tranquillité à l'écart de la foule de la vieille ville ! Merci à Nora et sa maman .

Rosa Maria is one of the warmest, most welcoming hosts I have had the pleasure to meet through AirB&B. She was proactive and helpful at every turn. The apartment itself is just what we needed! We would love to stay there again. The location is perfect: it's 5 minutes from the bus stop where you take the bus to the city (the Pile Gate of the Old Town is the last stop); it's 8 minutes from the grocery store (Tommy is better than Studenac); it's 6 minutes from a perfect little bakery; one can stroll with the locals along the river when the sun sets; there are friendly cats about.... The neighbourhood is quiet and not touristy at all. We slept well the entire two weeks of our stay. The place is airy and sufficiently cool so that we turned the AC on only a couple of times. The mornings/evenings on the balcony overlooking the river are unparalleled.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Marijana was great! Whilst I did not have the pleasure of meeting her, she was always helpful in responses, and quick too! The location is great, the number 6 bus gets you to old town in about 10 minutes, 10/10 would recommend!

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday, We would highly recommend this villa, well equipped,spotlessly clean,beautiful view, and very peaceful.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

Een volle week verbleven in het appartement! Een erg fijne plek om het onderste deel van Kroatië te verkennen. Strand op loopafstand. Fijne plek om de auto te parkeren. Heerlijk koel en schoon appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht! Ik wil weer terug!

Marija fué muy amable. El alojamiento excelente, muy agradable, limpio y ordenado. con una vista hermosa al río y una zona muy tranquila. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía

Ein traumhaftes Häuschen direkt am Wasser. Der Steg an dem man liegen kann ist sehr privat und man kann dort mehrere Stunden liegen und Boote beobachten. Die Terasse ist wunderschön und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu grillen und jeden Morgen zu frühstücken. Sie Gastgeber haben uns mit einem Willkommens Drink begrüßt und ansonsten hatte man seine Privatsphäre. Dubrovnik ist einfach mit dem Auto oder Uber in 10min zu erreichen. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt wären neue Matratzen(die Federn konnte man spüren). Auch sehr angenehm fanden wir das es 3 Bäder gab und wir Handtücher für die Liegen bekamen. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt👍

Absolutely thrilled with Mare’s place and her hospitality - right in Old Town and super easy to navigate around. She had great local recommendations and was very responsive. We loved our stay, everything about the apartment was even better than described. Would highly recommend!

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely stay. It’s in a great location, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and Mario is quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jasna et Stjepan. Nous étions à 15-20min en taxi ou en bus de Dubrovnik. Zaton est un bon compromis car nous sommes loin de la foule touristique de Dubrovnik tout en étant proche. Quelques restaurants pas très loin du logement, pratique si nous ne voulons pas retourner à Dubrovnik. La vue sur la mer de notre balcon était très agréable! Je recommande !

3 couples stayed here, it was perfect. Hosts were very very helpful and very accomodating. Perfect location. We can not fault our stay. Bring your bag and that’s it you are set for a fabulous stay. Thankyou so much to our hosts, we will be back to your beautiful Dubrovnik.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!
