Beach house holiday rentals in Dubrovnik

Great location to old town. Probably about 5 to 10mins walk to it. dubrovnik is a place filled with steps, but this house is probably only about 10 to 15 steps or so from the road. Thus, it's a very good location. All amenities included except you gotta bring your own shampoo and body wash because they don't have those two. But I asked the customer service about it and they offered to sent it over for us on request. So, overall it's a good customer service there. Quite prompt in request to solve issues if you have any. Otherwise, it's good and will highly recommend.

L'appartement est tres joli, fonctionnel, belle déco et tout est la pour passer un excellent sejour. Ligne de bus en bas de la rue pour rejoindre la veille ville tres facilement. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine gravé dans notre memoire et notre cœur. Merci mille fois, grace a vous, nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de dubrovnik et pu faire toutes les activités grâce aux excellents conseils de Maja ♥️

This is a charming and quiet little neighborhood tucked away above the bustling city streets. We happily utilized the bistro table and chairs along the wall and enjoy the sites, sounds, and smells of the local residence and at the same time felt quite at home. We got some good exercise, too, and would definitely come back and stay there again. The little studio apartment was very clean and the shower was wonderful after walking for kilometers and flights of steps. Thanks so much and best to JOSKO and his family.

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

Viki was the BEST host we have ever had, and we have traveled extensively.. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just minutes from Old Town. Viki went way above & beyond to make sure our time in Dubrovnik was wonderful. We will most certainly come back to see our new friend and stay in his apartment again!

Ihanan rauhallisella ja turvallisella alueella. Oma piha oli ihana! Ivecaan sai nopeasti yhteyttä tarvittaessa. Matkasimme teini-ikäisten lasten kanssa mutta arvioni mukaan sopii kaikille lapsiperheellisille erinomaisesti (pieni ranta lähellä, siisti asunto). Kauppaan ja kauemmaksi pääsi edullisesti Uberilla. Itkin lähtiessämme, pieni pala sydämestä jäi Zatoniin. Kiitos Iveca kun teitte matkastamme ikimuistoisen.

Ina et Vlado nous attendaient sur place et nous ont très bien accueillis. Après la descente des escaliers, nous avons découvert leur maison et sa vue imprenable : magnifique !!! Nous avons été conquis tous les 4. Nous avons pu profiter d'un bel espace extérieur très bien équipé et entouré de végétation. En longeant les buissons de romarin, on accède à la petite page privée : de magnifiques couchers de soleil en perspective ... Des produits de premières nécessité avaient été mis à notre disposition. Ina et Vlado ont répondu à nos questions à tout moment et nous les remercions pour leurs attentions. Nous y reviendrons volontiers et recommandons vivement un séjour dans leur maison.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our 5 day stay - the bedroom was a great size and there were 2 bathrooms which is always a bonus. Everything was very clean and had all the amenities! Location was great, there was a wonderful view of the sea and city! The only thing to be aware of is that it is super high up and so many steps - lots of really steep steps to get down to the beach so would be a problem for anyone with limited mobility but you can always take an uber up/down. We also found that you could take the lift at hotel more to save on some of the walking. Dubo was on hand for anything we needed and was just all around excellent. Loads of bars and restaurants in Lapad (which is a 20 minute walk) with beaches, bars and restaurants. We wish we could stay for longer and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique apartment with gorgeous view (the steps are worth it!)

We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s place. We booked very last minute (24 hours’ notice) but Marina made it very easy for us. We loved the house - it was spacious, clean and tidy and the pool was great for the kids. Marina was very welcoming, very responsive and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly! The house is about a ten minute walk from the sea. It is a steep path which but worth it for the beautiful water on arrival. There isn’t a beach as such but there is a natural swimming pool and a designated swimming area which was great. One point to note is that parking is a few minutes walk from the house near the church. However you can pull up a short al walk from the house to load and unload cases so it was no problem for us. We had a great time and would happily stay at Marina’s place again.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday, We would highly recommend this villa, well equipped,spotlessly clean,beautiful view, and very peaceful.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Her local tips and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you, Sanja

Just finished our stay at Judita and wow what a beautiful place immaculate and the pool is just stunning. This villa has everything you need. A small grocery shop 5 min walk away and a lovely cafe/cocktail bar opposite the shop. Very easy to get into the old town only a 20 min taxi/uber ride. The setting is breathtaking and really peaceful. What makes this place extra special is the owners. They truly go above and beyond meeting us at the villa and making it feel like a home from home. They had lots of good recommendations, were brilliant with arranging transport and kept in contact with us every day. We left feeling we were part of the family. I would 100% recommend this villa.

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Villa Matej. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location and views were beautiful. Walk down to nearest shop (Studenac Market) in 20 mins, or get an Uber to Dubrovnik Old Town in 10-15 mins. We enjoyed swimming at the pristine beach over the road and relaxing poolside at the villa. We also did a private day trip to Bosnia (Kravice Waterfalls & Mostar Old Town) which was so worth it. We stopped at Ston on the way which was picturesque and full of historic charm. Matej was helpful in recommending local boat trips and restaurants but we sadly ran out of time for a boat trip. We will just have to come back!

We stayed for one week, as a family with 3 children (5, 10 and 12). We felt really welcome, with friendliness, special small treats - prepared by Vicko and his parents - and a beautiful location. The place is situated on a hill in a beautiful garden, a nice terrace with view. Groceries are 2 minutes by car, an Dubrovnik is 20 minutes by car. We would wholeheartedly recommend the place and especially the hosts. Thank you!

Karlo was very helpful and responsive, especially when booking both airport taxi’s which was greatly appreciated! The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need, towels were lovely and the bedroom was comfy. The AC was a life saver for the very hot June days. We felt very safe and at home here. We knew that the area was going to be physically taxing but they weren’t joking about the stairs in previous reviews! Obviously to no one’s fault, as Dubrovnik does have lots of steps in general. But do bear that in mind as it wouldn’t be as easily accessible for those who struggle. Ubers were generally reliable and relatively cheap, €6-8 to the old town which was about 10min drive. There were many busses going all the time too. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend Karlo to anyone who’s visiting! Thank you so much :)

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

What a find! Easy walking distance from the Old Town and cable car, it was peaceful to escape back to after a day out. We never met Karmen but her father and brother helped check us in when we arrived late evening and to show us how to use the slightly unusual washing machine, as well as looking after bags after checkout. The shady little outdoor terrace was a lovely bonus and there was everything we needed in the kitchen, including filter coffee machine (plus oven, hobs, microwave). You do have to be mindful of the hot water - we didn't run out but if several people want a hot shower straight after each other, the tank empties fairly fast.

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

Muy buena experiencia con este apartamento situado en Mokosica. La anfitriona Anita ha sido muy amable en todo momento y ha estado bastante pendiente de nosotros. El apartamento se corresponde al 100% con las fotos publicadas, limpio y ordenado. Se llega fácilmente aunque no está en el mismo DUBROVNIK, se puede ir en autobús desde el centro. Si buscas tranquilidad lo recomendamos

Marija was very responsive, accommodating, & friendly. She’s also a wealth of good information for local restaurants, etc. The place itself is well positioned - easy to access, a great view (especially from the second story bedroom), and surprisingly removed from the crowds given its proximity to a main city entrance. Finally, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

I had a wonderful two night at this beautiful and artistic apartment. The interior is very well thought of and had a perfect color palatte. The outdoor private area is very peaceful and very well landscaped. Dado was very kind to accommodate me last minute and came all the way down to even get my bags. The location is scenic and from the window of the living room you can see the Gruz harbour. I wish I had a few more days to stay in the beautiful city and accommodation. As I had a very early flight and a lot of luggage Dado went out of the way to drop me to the bus station. I hope to visit Dubrovnik again and stay at the beautiful apartment.
