Guest house holiday rentals in Dublin Southside

Super logement pour nos 2 jours passés à Wicklow avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous y avons séjourné avec mon mari et notre fils de deux ans, c’était très bien! Une arrivée plus tôt que prévu , et le logement était déjà disponible et impeccable. Je recommande vivement ! Wicklow est une très jolie ville à visiter.

Cannot say enough nice things about Denise and her property! Only stayed one night on my way back to the airport at the end of a trip but wish I could have enjoyed it longer as it was my favorite lodging of my trip. The guest house was much more spacious than the photos make it look - and absolutely lovely. Spotless top to bottom with lots of little touches and thoughtful extras. Bed was very comfy (and as the kind of traveler who always checks mattresses …. Also spotless!) Convenient to Dublin and the airport, but in a quiet area. Denise was very responsive and friendly, including offering some local recommendations - highly recommend a stay here if you’re in the area!

Le logement de Maud est parfait pour passer quelques jours à Dublin. Quartier calme et à seulement 30min a pieds de tous les points d’attractions de la ville. Le studio en lui-même est cozy, accueillant et décoré avec soin! Très propre et fonctionnel, il est parfait pour un couple. J’ajouterai que nous y avons très bien dormi (alors que ne nous ne sommes pas du tout habitué aux mezzanines). Tout le nécessaire était présent pour faire a manger et passer quelques heures au calme, loin de la ville. Enfin, Maud est extrêmement accommodante! A causes d’imprévus de dernière minute nous avons demandé à arriver en avance et partir plus tard et Maud s’est toujours adaptée. C’est un grand plus qui nous a permis de mieux nous organiser! Le studio de Maud est l’endroit parfait pour visiter Dublin!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit und von da aus kommt man gut nach Dublin oder zum nächsten Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We were in Dublin for a quick stay and loved our time here. It was very easy to get to the local pubs and sights. We were greeted on arrival and appreciated the quick response from both Claudia & Dany. The price was perfect and in my opinion better than the hotels. Would totally stay here again!

Roy went above and beyond in welcoming us to his place. The location was perfect for local bars and restaurants and an easy bus ride into the city.

Fab location for gigs in St Annes Park, beautifully decorated self contained with private setting, easy self check-in, with everything you could possibly need, mini fridge with milk, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of kitchen supplies a pleasant surprise!! Host Karina has thought of everything you could possibly need!! We will be back!!

We had a lovely stay in Malahide in Jen’s gorgeous wooden cabin, tucked in beside their house. Everything was as described in the listing and we were super impressed by the spacious lounge and kitchen, including some delicious local snacks. The bedroom was warm and comfortable, with heaps of storage for longer stays. The laundry room was wonderfully fitted out, with a washing machine and drying rack that got us through drying clothes very quickly, since the cabin is so warm and dry. Jen was lovely and responsive to all our questions, including about their lovely dog Maggie, who came to hang out on the deck. The patio was not usable due to renovations but Jen was very upfront about this and it didn’t cause any issues with the stay, with no renovation noise. Jen was super flexible allowing us to check in and out later in the day. Nearby restaurants and shops are all in walking distance, as is Malahide Beach for beautiful walks. Location could not be better for a day out in Malahide.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Und super leckeres Sodabread, selbstgebacken. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Janette war mit Rat und Tat da, die gesamte Familie sehr nett. Bus und Bahn in kurzer Distanz zu erreichen (mit Leap Card nach Dublin ca.1h, sehr gemütlich). Howth ist herrlich, wir wollten es ruhig und mit wenig Menschen… das gab es dort. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder…

Nous avons été très content d'être accueilli dans le logement secondaire de Pallavi et sa famille dans une zone privée et calme. Pallavi est à l'écoute de toute demande. Nous avons également apprécié l'eau et les petits biscuits offerts à l'arrivée. Nous avons passé des nuits reposantes après de longues journées de marché à Dublin. Le centre-ville est à 30/40 minutes de bus et demande à payer à chaque trajet un ticket. L'aéroport est lui à 20/30 minutes de bus. En globalité, le logement est situé entre les 2 et c'est un plus ! Néanmoins, peu de restaurants/bars à proximité.

We stayed at Kathy’s place for about 3 weeks. Finding the place was extremely easy, as they provided the eircode as soon as the booking was accepted. Even though not a self check in, they were very flexible with the time, only asking us to announce when we would be ready to check in, and even though Kathy was not home when we arrived, she still got someone to get us the keys and walk us around the place 😁 It was very peaceful, quiet, and private, accurate to the pictures, a great experience ! 11/10, would book again every time 😁

Talk about luxury! This place is huge and gorgeous. photos don't do it justice. The surroundings are just stunning with friendly horses to visit. This is a great place for large families or groups.

Gillian is an amazing host and her home is beautiful. We felt welcomed and right at home from the moment we met her! My husband and I came down with a cold while we were there and she made sure we had cold medicine and checked on us. You will feel like family! When we return to Ireland next year we plan on staying here again and recommend Mount Baker as your number one stay when you are in Dublin!!!

What a joy it was to stay at Hannah’s place. I wanted a nice quiet area and close to the bus stop to get to Dublin City centre. I liked the room had two beds and had a lot of amenities. Location is mostly quiet it’s near a hospital so that’s excepted to hear sirens and such. I like how Hannah is responsive and even recommend coffee places near by. Overall a really great experience and would love to stay again.

Notre nuitée chez Asile était super bien. Nous avons eu la possibilité d'aller porter nos bagages d'avance se qui fut très apprécié. La proximité du logement avec l'aéroport est un gros plus, son conjoint Gerard est aller nous reconduire pour notre vol. Ils sont tout les deux très gentil, je recommande cet endroit.

We had a really lovely stay at Orla’s beautiful space and learnt a lot of the history which is always fascinating. We received a heartfelt warm welcome from all, including the dogs and teaser pony! We would definitely stay again - Thankyou so much for you warm Irish welcome !! 🧡

Beautiful little neighborhood! Comfortable room and a well stocked kitchen. We were able to make our own breakfast which was lovely. No trouble finding parking and our host was very easy to reach. We would come back here again!
