Everything was impeccable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. You get beautiful views from the apartment and the rooftop pool. The location is great, close to a bunch of restaurants etc Frank and as extremely helpful. When I messaged him about a small situation, he took care of it right away. Additionally check-in and check-out was flawless. I would highly recommend staying there and I hope I’ll get to go again at some point.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely incredible! The design is beautiful—every detail is thoughtfully curated, making it both stylish and comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean, equipped with all the necessities you will need look just as seen in pictures. The staff is very responsive and accommodating to requests. The location is amazing, grocery market right next door, high end restaurants and lounges downstairs. Easy walk to boat docs for boating, jet-ski activities. Security staff downstairs was very nice as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was exactly as described — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our plans, and we really appreciated the smooth check-in process and clear communication from the host. The building is very well maintained, and the views were also a big plus. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Overall thumbs up...would easily stay there again! To be noted that another apartment on the same floor is undergoing refurbishment but it's on the other side of the building so we were not disturbed and couldn't hear any noise when we were inside the apartment.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for our 6 night stay. Leila was friendly responded to any questions we had promptly. I would happily stay again.

This place was beautiful but I think it's new to Airbnb. The stove didn't work, the TV were not set up athey didn't have shower curtains or floor towels. One of the bathroom was not clean. Everywhere else was new and clean. It took 3 days to come rectify the issues and it was a 5 day stay. The code on the door was accessible to the door man. He used 1234567 and had access. They never changed it my whole stay and said Dubai is safe so I shouldn't worry. Well I worried. On the positive the building is beautiful, the apartment is beautifully furnished and great views. There is a restaurant on the 14th floor! Awesome food for a discount, their breakfast was really nice. There is a 24/7 grocery at the entrance... Super convenient. If they rectify the few problems... It's an awesome place.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We were extremely delighted with our stay. Pauls place was extremely well stocked with all you could ever need and then some! Paul made us feel at home with each conversation. He was very accommodative of our requests, kind and went out of his way to help us secure a crib last minute. The villa is immaculate, very tastefully decorated with high quality accessories / things needed for your stay. The garden is beautiful and well maintained and has great shade for sitting along with a beautiful sounding water fountain. Rooms are big and stocked with towels and linen! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well lit and a delight to cook in. Lots of restaurants nearby for home delivery.

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Location, location, location with a panoramic view and a wonderful responsive host. Really could not have asked for anything more for the month plus stay we had at the Dubai marina area. In all my Airbnb stays probably the most helpful host we have experienced. Would highly recommend and be back again!!

Very nice apartment on 53rd floor with amazing views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Private entrance to Dubai Mall. Great place!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.
