Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Dubai Marina

We were hoping to check in a little early but unfortunately the rooms they had available for early check in weren’t going to work for us since there was only 1 bed. Then we were told to go kill some time and come back at the scheduled check in time. When we came back we then proceeded to wait in the lobby for over an hour past our scheduled time for our room. Mind you this is after nearly 2 days of traveling.

Le logement est spacieux, lumineux et facilement accessible, parfait pour profiter pleinement de la ville et de la plage à proximité. Un immense merci à la gouvernante pour son accueil chaleureux et sa grande disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Nous remercions également Alessandro pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. Grâce à vous, notre expérience a été fluide et très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Diane is a wonderful host, makes you feel right at home. It was a real pleasure staying with her, truly like being with a friend. Space if you want or need it, conversation if you do. She warmly offers coffee or whatever she’s making for herself, making it a very homely experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment was exactly like the photos. It was very clean. Also, the host is very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. There is a tram station (Marina Towers) at about 2-3 mins walk from the apartment. The metro station is about 15 mins, but it is connected to a tram station (1 stop from Marina Towers tram) which makes it easy to access.

הדירה הייתה נקייה לחלוטין , הצ׳ק אין עבר חלק , הדירה הייתה מהממת ובקומה גבוהה עם נוף לים של דובאי , יש את כל הדברים בדירה שנותנים תחושה של בית , אין ספק שאני אחזור לדירה הזאת בטיול הבא שלי לדובאי . הדירה נמצאת במלון במרכז העסקים של דובאי 5 דק נסיעה לבורג חליפה ולקניון דובאי . בקומה העליונה יש בריכה מטריפה ענקית וצופה לבורג חליפה , הבר בקומה העליונה לא יקרה בכלל !! מי שרואה את הביקורת הזאת שלא יהסס לרגע ושיזמין אתם תודו לי ..

Hanane and Mohammed were so easy and lovely to deal with. Any issues and they were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location was great, not too long to get out/in of JVC and located well for a nice morning walk to coffee or lunch spots. The pool on level 1 was sun drenched and the perfect spot in the middle of the day. Front security were always warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great choice for a short term stay for 1 person!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans l'appartement. L'hôte a su répondre à nos demandes . je le remercie particulièrement pour le lit bébé qui a était commandé pour nous . Je recommande surtout fortement pour l'emplacement qui est juste idéal pour visiter Dubaï . Merci encore pour tous .

Everything was fantastic. The host was extremely helpful and kind from the start. The location of the house is excellent and the panoramic view is stunning. The apartment is fully equipped, there were 4 of us with our 8 month old baby and we had everything we needed. Best accommodation we have ever had in Dubai, we will definitely be back.

I have stayed in this building's apartments tens of times, but this host is a genuine five-star.

I absolutely loved my stay! The host and staff were super welcoming and made me feel right at home. Despite being a dorm, the place was spotless and had everything I needed. The balcony view was TO DIE FOR - stunning! The host was so polite and humble, it really added to the whole experience. I cooked my own meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and didn't stress about laundry thanks to the washing machine. The comfy sofas in the living area were perfect for late-night work sessions. And let's not forget the billiards fun! I'm already planning my next stay - it truly felt like home!Thanks for comfortable stay 😀

Yusuf es un gran anfitrión y amigo. La zona JBR es de lo mejor que existe en Dubái. Todos en el alojamiento son buenas personas, el Tram está justo enfrente y la playa a unos pasos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. 🙌🏾✨
