An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! From our initial inquiry to the time of checkout, our experience at this Airbnb was simply outstanding. The host, Crescent, and their representative, Ashar, were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Ashar, in particular, was always just a message away—any request we had was promptly addressed, making our stay smooth and stress-free. The house itself was beautifully located and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could need. All appliances were in perfect working condition, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming. Our child especially loved the stay—thanks to the proximity to Dubai Mall/Downtown and the availability of kids' activities nearby. The convenience of having grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and even online food and grocery delivery services all within walking distance made our trip even more enjoyable. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Creek Beach waren toll. Sehr schön ist es, dass man im Palace Hotel frühstücken und abends essen kann. Man bekommt als Gast einen Nachlass von 20 Prozent. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Paul, der immer ansprechbar war und der Check In hervorragend geklappt hat. Man merkt, dass ihm Gastfreundschaft sehr wichtig ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Es war ein erneuter perfekter Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft ! Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber und schön eingerichtet genau wie auf den Fotos und Beschreibung angegeben. Bilel war ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Beim nächsten Besuch in Dubai werden wir aufjedenfall wieder die Unterkunft buchen!

This was my second time staying at Hammad’s place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Hammad is a consistently excellent host responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s clear he puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hammad to anyone looking for a reliable and top-notch Airbnb experience.

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Taimur was the best host in my life. Very friendly and helpful. Nicely located apartment next to the canal where you can walk in the evenings. Small restaurants and supermarkets are in short distance. Good gym. Highly recommended.

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Beautiful spot in the heart of Dubai overlooking the ocean. The apartment had spectacular views and was clean, with everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend it.
