Modern furnished and well-equipped accommodation. Air conditioning worked well. Everything you need is available, even a washing machine and microwave oven. Directly at the building is a small supermarket that sells the essentials. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication with the provider was always reliable and responses came after a few minutes. The entrance area was always occupied by staff, who was always very helpful. Very clean and guarded pool, which is unfortunately the only drawback in the shade at noon.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in the block with the first time stayed in this apartment and really loved it. As it was a business trip, everything felt right very spacious and clean. A great bonus for having the main pool on the first floor and the plunge pool on the rooftop which I’ve always enjoyed. The only hiccups I had was I lost Internet for a couple of days however the host was very quick to get this sorted as Circle Mall it’s not fa re for me to work from. I was able to work from there during that time will definitely stay here again during my trip trips. If you’re like me confident and able to hire a car drive around everything is approximately 20 to 30 minute drive to any main Dubai hot stops.

Upon my Booking, I was met with a lack of clear communication and organisation. I received an overwhelming number of messages almost 100 yet still found it difficult to get consistent answers. I asked about the possibility of an extension, and one staff member said no, while another later said yes. This inconsistency was confusing and unprofessional. In addition, I politely asked if an early check-in could be arranged, but the response was surprisingly rude and dismissive, simply pointing out the official check-in time without any effort to assist or even acknowledge the request respectfully. Overall, I believe the staff would benefit from better training in communication, customer service, and professional conduct to ensure a more welcoming and consistent experience for guests.
