We have, once again, had an excellent stay at Le Petit Nid. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the region. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

If you're reading the reviews to convince yourself whether or not to choose this Airbnb... look no further!! I'm telling you: GO FOR IT! This place is amazing, everything is perfect. So many things available, in a beautiful setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

We had a lovely stay and Rene was a great host.

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

We had a lovely stay. The house is perfect for 12 people. The rooms have good sound insulation. The exterior and the terrace are very pleasant, the enclosed garden, the jacuzzi was very appreciated. Thank you for everything.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Loved being just a short walk/uber from the city center and also right on the trails and quick access to the lake front. The pool and terrace were fabulous. The beds comfy. Beverages provided were a nice touch. Patricia was warm and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from the center of Annecy. Thank you very much!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Bright apartment, very nice and perfectly clean, with a very nice view from the living room/kitchen and bedroom. The large balcony is a real plus to enjoy it fully. The location is ideal, right in the city center and close to the beautiful Bois Vidal. The lake is very close, which allowed us to paddle and swim easily with our dog. The parking space is very convenient, even with a large car. Everything is well thought out, the host is very friendly and communication was simple and smooth. We recommend it without hesitation!

Exceptional and beautiful place with its park and location. Really caring owners. One downside, all the bedding is not the best, especially a 140 bed, otherwise very pleasant to live in, I recommend it.

At first glance, the building looks like an American motel. But once the door is open, you enter the best in terms of housing. Extraordinary view with the many windows in the living room, quality interior design, tasteful decoration. Everything is perfect from floor to ceiling. If we have to come back to the area, there is no doubt that we will return to this accommodation. Thank you again for this quality welcome.

Wonderful stay in a cocoon with a neat and very warm decor as well as impeccable cleanliness! The sofa bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything is well arranged and optimized. The view from the terrace is just magical in front of these huge snow-covered fir trees. Patricia and Jean Jacques are extremely kind and care at every moment about your well-being .
