Safe and comfortable single room with OWN bathroom

Single room in warm and comfortable period house built 1881. Gay owned and LGBTQ people especially welcome. English and Russian spoken. Some German and Polish too. Exclusive use of downstairs shower and toilet, or you are quite welcome to share ours upstairs. We only ever have one guest at a time. If you are a larger than standard person, let us know. We want you to be comfortable and can make some arrangements for tall or larger people. We have a bigger room with a double bed we can use.

Enjoy your stay in our fully renovated house located within walking distance from the city centre. We put a lot of love and care into our small house and still use it sometimes when we are in town. When we are not in town, guest are more than welcome to stay. It's perfect for a couple that wants extra space; downstairs there's a living room, kitchen/dining and a half bathroom, and upstairs the bedroom, landing area and full bathroom with shower and tub. With all supplies needed of course.

This is a studio and it comprises of a room in an old Georgian house with high ceilings. a built in very small private kitchenette and a private built in very small private bathroom. Seven minute walk to Croke Park, 2 minute walk to Drumcondra station. Newly renovated in 2019. Double bed with Royal Coil mattress. Personal safe in room. Smart Locks enable entry with code. USB connectors in sockets. Smart TV with Netflix. Nespresso Machine. Owner lives in another part of the building
