From here, both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, as well as the Hamburg metropolitan region, can be reached in a short time. Among other things, Glückstadt is located on the Elbe Cycle Route as well as on the Mönchsweg and is also a worthwhile vacation destination for cycling tourists. Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Exercise is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy. Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our stay at this place was really enjoyable. There were six of us, three couples, and everyone was very satisfied with the accommodation, the facilities, the rooms and the surroundings. The furnishing style did not please everyone immediately, but it was basically varied. The kitchen, the bedrooms and the two bathrooms were particularly noteworthy. The environment is unique and has inspired us all. In summary, a visit to Kollmar is definitely worthwhile. If you are a large family with up to four children, this house is ideal. But it is also an excellent choice for a couple's vacation. We will be happy to come back, should the opportunity. Yours Sincerely, Felix

We stayed for five days and felt very comfortable. The friendly, proactive communication in advance has already been enjoyable. We also find it nice to be greeted and said goodbye in person. The apartment was ideally located for our excursions. And we enjoyed the evenings partly in the evening sun at the unicorn, with fresh asparagus (cooked in the well-equipped kitchen). The care to reboot the heating for us because of the temperature fall was good for us. Thank you so much for that! We will be happy to come back if you want to explore this really nice corner further.

The stay was beautiful. The location of the house allows excursions throughout Schleswig-Holstein. You can quickly get to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. In the house is really everything to satisfy the highest standards. Rarely do you find such a beautiful, tasteful and high-quality furnished accommodation. The two of us felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely extended weekend on the houseboat! The location was fantastic – quiet, right on the water, with beautiful views. The boat was very clean, well equipped and cozily furnished, with everything you need. We especially liked the small terrace, perfect for breakfast or the evening. An absolute recommendation for those who want to experience something different and relax! I'm sure we'll be back.

We stayed at Marc's place for a week with our two children and enjoyed it a lot. The house and garden are just beautiful. You will find everything you need on vacation in the house. Plus the cute fireplace and the comfortable beds - simply a dream. Thank you for everything Marc!
