Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Here you can relax in the quiet and rural surroundings. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only a 40 minute drive away. And for those who love to go skiing, there's a big trail network at Kleivvann and Skitrekk on Gautefall. In summertime, you can seek out some of Gjerstad's nice swimming spots like Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

Welcome to the Gåsvannshytta, a hidden gem only 30 min from Kragerø. The cabin is peacefully on a toll road, so you can be by yourself. Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), Refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging options through 12v photovoltaic systems. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. Please bring your own bedding.

This cabin is built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180cm beds and 2 bedrooms in the loft have 150cm beds. The cabin is in a quiet and quiet area with a lot of lovely scenery. The cabin is evenly well equipped with, among other things, smart house, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with glorious scenery.

Spacious cabin with lovely views out over Gautefall. We guarantee a lovely stay no matter the season. This cabin is excellent for 1 or 2 families or the group of friends. The cabin has an indoor sauna Free parking right on the outside. Outside you have great nature with ski slopes, ski slopes (7 min away by car), over 10 miles of bike trails, hiking trails, fishing water, roller ski resort, Gautefall - via ferrata and swimming in the jet pots can be recommended! Hulfjellgård water park is also worth a visit.

Dalane, Drangedal - brewery house

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Mountain lodge on Gautefall

Bring the whole family to this great place whether it's hiking and swimming in the mountains in the summer or chalking, alpine or cross country skiing in winter. Walking distance to both hiking trails, bathing water, cafe, alpine ski slopes. Large sauna with direct access out to the terrace. With two large bathrooms and two living rooms there is plenty of room for the whole big family. Electricity up to NOK 200 per day is included in price.

Sjarmerende bryggerhus fra slutten av 1800-tallet i vakre gårdsomgivelser. Her har du kort vei til gode badesteder, fiskeplasser, turområder, café og nærbutikk. Ta med frokosten ut i morgensola eller nyt grillmaten i utestua med kveldsol! Eldhuset har en dobbeltseng og køyeseng. Det er mulighet for å sette inn en ekstra barneseng om ønskelig. 10-15 minutters gange fra Neslandsvatn stasjon. 2 minutters kjøretur.

Gunhildsbu is a cosy log cabin in the forests of Bamble in Telemark. The area is perfect for hiking, and you can go fishing in Lake Toke and other smaller lakes. In the summer you can go swimming. The cabin is fully equipped. There is a fireplace in the livingroom and WiFi. The view from the veranda is amazing. Canoes for rent for €5 pr. day.
