We had a fantastic stay. The views are beautiful and the restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Pera Perou staff are friendly and we were presented with a cooked breakfast every morning with eggs, a fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice. What a way to start the day! Highly recommended.

Mr. George was excellent and very friendly with us. The room is spotless and with all the facilities. Very close to Agia Efimia and 15 minutes from the beach of Myrtos. 5 stars is few.

Our stay at Unity Villa was absolutely fantastic. The whole property was amazing and beautifully done, centrally located and easy to get to. A wonderful taverna next door was our favorite spot for dinner at night as well as coffee in the morning. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic apartment, immaculately clean and well equipped. The huge balcony has the most beautiful views. Andriana is lovely and nothing is too much trouble, the fresh fruit, water and wine on arrival were a thoughtful touch. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, with two full bathrooms, great AC, strong hot water, and lots of fridge space. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, the best of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The location was unbeatable, just 30 seconds from the sea where we could swim, snorkel among fish, and enjoy lunch on the rocks. The town of Agia Effimia is conveniently located in the middle of the island, so getting to other landmarks on the island was easy. The host was incredibly warm and went above and beyond, when the WiFi briefly went out while we were working, they brought us a complimentary mobile router within the hour, which worked perfectly. The restaurant downstairs was a great bonus, with delicious food and friendly staff. The whole venue was covered in flowers and vines making it an incredibly beautiful place to hang out. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, highly recommend!

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

We had a wonderful stay! Spiros gave us a very warm welcome at the house, showed us around and how to use the washing machine, and even gave us a map and went over places to see and restaurants in the area. There were delicious small cakes on the table his wife Anna had baked and cold water in the fridge. The house had plenty of room for 5 adults (2 rooms with a single and double bed each and a room with a queen bed), 2 full bathrooms and was extremely clean. We didn’t cook meals in the kitchen, but it had a small oven/ hotplate combo, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The rooftop patio had amazing views - ocean in front and hills behind- and plenty of seating to enjoy the evenings. We would definitely stay again. Myrtos beach was less than 10 minutes by car and Antisamos Beach about 30 minutes. It is a great location, especially for all the beaches, sights and towns on the Northern end of the island, but also convenient for Argostoli airport and Poros port.
